Big rooms & very spacious. Parking was great. Upkeep of our hotel room though was lacking—floors felt sticky, rust seen under the ac unit, and some noticeable dark staining in the grout of the shower. Location was convenient though but definitely not 4-star level. Staff were kind at least!

The showers aren’t very great as far as water pressure and kinda just spits 5 strings of water. The AC isn’t as cold as I’d like. I moved to another room and same situation. But it’s the hottest month of the year. The room did cool off when it got dark out. Beds are super comfy!! Linens are white. Clean and crisp. Bed is fluffy when you lay down and so cozy. It feels really clean in the room. Very tidy. Good area close to everything Seaworld and Discovery Cove is why we chose this location exactly. Staff is super nice. They have snacks and drinks for purchase. A very nice breakfast area and sitting area. The computer station and gym are a nice bonus. Overall, I think anyone would enjoy their stay here.
