Day2 of my stay found credit card missing. I asked front desk to see if they have it as I was sure that was the last use. Staff called and actually reviewed video footage and confirmed credit card was put back to my wallet. That helped me decide to cancel my card via my bank. Very professional.

Pool was way too busy til after 11 otherwise great hotel

Breakfast was not good. Eggs were not cooked. Great location.

Loved the high quality hair dryer in the bathroom. You don't have to bring your own. Also, coffee machine in the room was a Kuerig. The. Bathroom was very clean and the staff were great.

Restaurant is very good. Hotel is older, but clean.

I wanted to surprise my son with a last minute trip to Disney World so my hunt for a hotel room began. I chose this hotel for it being on the resort property offering shuttle services to the various Disney parks. My six year old said "this is nice!" when we walked into the room. The hotel was in perfect distance from Disney Springs in about a ten minute walk or the use of shuttle services. The staff was pleasant and friendly from the time we checked in to checking out. I was able to print my boarding passes for our return flight from the hotel computer in the lobby. I was able to buy souvenirs from the Disney Store in the hotel. On the late night returns, we were able to order room service till midnight. I was also able to get a late check out on our last day. Paid in advance for transportation to the airport and had a nice area to wait in the lobby for their arrival. Overall, my son and I had an amazing time on our quick trip before school was to start up again.

The staff is what makes this Holiday Inn! RJ at the front desk was the best. The only things to look out for are rooms on the end facing the highway as you get the highway noise at night. Also the air vents right next to the beds allow you to hear the room above or below.

We stayed here on a 5 day trip to Orlando. The hotel was not top of the line luxurious, but very nice. The pool was nice and you could dine at the hotel bar next to the pool while your (older) kids swim. It's a good place for families, they have movies for the kids to watch in the dining area.

Close to Disney Springs and Marketplace. Great staff, nice breakfast and overall nice hotel !

We stayed over Spring Break 2016 and had a wonderful time. The pool was great and is positioned thoughtfully (unlike many) to be in the sun most of the day. We had a great room overlooking the pool and the balcony was nice to sit out on and relax after a long day at the parks. The shuttles to the parks came often and we did not have to wait long. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were awesome. Overall couldn't ask for much more for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nice hotel, staff was professional enjoyed would definitely come back

This was a great hotel. I kind of wish for the price they would include a continental breakfast, kind of like holiday inn express does. I love that I also didn't hear kids running up and down the hall super early in the morning. That's only happened a handful of times for me. The only thing I would request is next time to stay in the outer wing instead of the tower. In my room in the mornings, I would hear the clinking of the plates echoing from the restaurant that's in the center of the tower.

The hotel was great walking distance to many places hotel parking was a bit costly .. other wise all was good.

Clean, comfortable and very nice hotel. Walking distance from Downtown Disney. Near food, shopping and attractions. Comfy beds and large rooms.

Hey listen, it's a great hotel, especially for the price, but the proximity to Downtown Disney and the other attractions make the traffic a real bear. On the other hand, it was fourth of July weekend, so to be expected.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were more then happy to direct me to fun places to go and eat.

Great place to stay in Disney area. Staff was great at check in and check out. P

The overall quality of the hotel was nice. Walking distance to downtown Disney with many eating options. The bus to magic kingdom and all the other parks does run every 30 minutes. Great location

I was looking for a microwave and refrigerator as well as proximity to Disneyworld for a suitable price. This hotel worked out perfectly for my requirements.

Great location near Disney, but not worth the money. Was really looking forward to a nice dessert after a day at Epcot. Restaurant didn't have one dessert on the menu. Usually not a big deal.... Until it is. Average hotel at best.
