I could not believe that they clean the rooms every five nights!!!!, We stayed for 7 nights: 2 adults and two kids. Since we arrived, the room has not been neat and clean. Then, a few days later, we asked if they could clean the room, even though we said we could pay extra. They said yes, but they did not. The clean service is a 1 star hotel level. I will never stay there again, and I will not recommend it.

Weekend Trip to Disney

After staying at The Holiday Inn Orlando several times to go to the Disney Parks due to the convenience of it all, this time I was very unimpressed. My room was not in the tower, but in the wing. Too far away from the "Fun". My room was not great either. I asked for a "Pool View", but I was in the corner of the wing section where there was barley a view. Also, the lighting was dark, with several light bulbs had been blown out. This stay definitely is making me re-think my next stay in the area.

Staff was exceptional; from the front desk to housekeeping everyone was amazing. Super clean. Breakfast and Dinner was great and the wait staff and cooks are awesome. Easy walk to Disney Springs and Ride-Shares are very inexpensive to Outlets, Gatorland, Universal and Icon Park. Highly recommend!

I feel like the beds and pillows are very old. The property is well kept, but for the price I could’ve stayed at a much nicer resort with a better view of the fireworks across the street.
