Beautiful resort with very well appointed comfortable room. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the transportation to the parks was hit or miss

Great location. Can walk to the Boardwalk and backside of Epcot. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are updated with hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Disney's Yacht Club is amazing. Best location on Disney property in terms of proximity to Epcot and Disney Hollywood Studios. Super friendly staff and a gorgeous resort. Sandy bottom pool with beach area is perfect for kids. Lazy river and nice poolside bar for adults. The only problem I experienced here is a few stuck up, entitled, think-they-run-the-place guests who boss the staff around at check-in and cut me in line at the coffee shop downstairs. Hope they read this and chill the heck out. Otherwise, Disney Yacht Club is outstanding!

Ok not in room a lot but heard dogs barking and hall voices noises when we were in room annoying, other than that location to Epcot is really nice. We had a had a great breakfast at Cape May. Grandson loved the water slide/pool.

Room needed an extra chair could use more water pressure for shower

Decent clean hotel Close to Epcot breakfast options not bad but not optimal for us denied us the free self parking option (even we had booked 2 weeks earlier and were entitled to it) so we did the valet which was much less convenient as we left items in the car inadvertently - $33 + tip Best to call down when you first get to your room for your luggage - or you will wait-even though they weren't busy on our arrival. view of roof and A/C vents

It was a great experience and will return! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Excellent resort with a fabulous pool and recreation area. Easy access to the back of Epcot and lots of close restaurant choices.

Would have loved to stay at the Yacht Club for longer than a night but could not afford it on this last minute trip. We love the Yacht Clubs location, decor, new redo, staff and now the new quick service food option.

Rooms were upgraded at end of 2016 and just got our chance to check out the newness. It's wonderful, even had guests who said first thing when they walked into our messy room - "wow, very nautical". You can easily pick up on the theme with the furniture and decor. We love the drapes having the solar system on them. Builtins are exactly what I'd expect in a yacht. Could not be happier in the happiest place on earth. Oh and dual shower - Rainshower and a separate moveable shower head.

While the hotel itself is almost a 5 star, we were dismayed with a few things. We checked in online ahead of time & were supposed to receive a text with our room number to skip the front desk; didn't happen. When we checked out the person at the desk said we should have received our itemized bill via email & she acted like it was our fault we didn't & was a little rude. A Disney "cast member" rude?! When we called the valet to have our car brought up we kept getting transferred to the wrong department 3 different times so we finally had to just go down to the front to ask. No apologies. Same thing with getting our bags to our room at check in. Also, while our room was very clean, the hallways were not. They were always cluttered with room service trays that had been there for hours and there was always trash here and there. I took note of something that looked like a brownie (didn't inspect too closely) on the floor outside of one room that was there for our entire 4 night stay. There was also some kind of cleaner spray bottle sitting outside one room for about a day and a half. Seems dangerous in a hotel where there are a lot of kids.

We had a great experience at the Yacht Club and felt taken care of. We made a late request for a room on a low floor, and they graciously met our need. The room is updated with a modern feel. The toiletries are high end, and there were plenty of towels and pillow. The front desk employees were helpful, especially when Pandora went down for service and prevented us from those special rides. They gave us multiple Fastpasses for whichever other rides we wanted the next day. Great public relations. The food offerings at the quickie restaurant were adequate; I noticed prices have increased since our last visit. The Lazy River pool was fabulous. Great atmosphere at the Yacht Club.

Friendly front desk staff, clean hotel, great amenities, wonderful service, walking distance to Epcot. Will return!

Awesome stay! We love staying on property when vacationing at Disney and the Yacht Club Resort exceeded our expectations!

Upon arrival the staff was amazing - staying at this hotel just made our stay at Disney more Magical. Like quite literally upon arrival we were wow'd :)

Nice updated hotel. We loved the view and location. Will definitely stay here again! The staff was helpful and friendly. Great vacation!

Person speaking broken English in lobby checked us in and didn't understand what we were saying and wouldn't let us talk to anyone at front desk. Was difficult to understand what she was saying. She put us in room very far from lobby. Other than that it's a very nice hotel with pleasant people and good service.

We loved our stay at the Yacht Club Resort. Epcot is just a few minutes away. You can also walk to the Hollywood Studios in less than 30 minutes. Bus shuttles will bring you to the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom in less than 20 minutes. This Resort is a little older und you can see it, but they are refurbishing it. Our room was nice an clean with a lot of details. It was also very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We would stay here again.
