Person speaking broken English in lobby checked us in and didn't understand what we were saying and wouldn't let us talk to anyone at front desk. Was difficult to understand what she was saying. She put us in room very far from lobby. Other than that it's a very nice hotel with pleasant people and good service.

We loved our stay at the Yacht Club Resort. Epcot is just a few minutes away. You can also walk to the Hollywood Studios in less than 30 minutes. Bus shuttles will bring you to the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom in less than 20 minutes. This Resort is a little older und you can see it, but they are refurbishing it. Our room was nice an clean with a lot of details. It was also very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We would stay here again.

We go to Disney every year. We have recently been in staying in Epcot resorts because we like being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The hotel has everything you would expect from Disney. It was quieter than Boardwalk Inn or Beach Club, which is a plus for us. I would stay there again. I just wish it had a quick service restaurant and had been more recently updated. The hotel is a bit dated.

Staff was very easy to work with and helpful. Setting is very nice.

This experience wasn't as good a previous years. I will premise this with the staff was accommodating in the issues we had. The sheets had not been changed and the way in which we know this was we found a bug crawling on my Fiance's face and when they came to strip the beds to check more, we arrive back to the room with dirty clothes on the floor from the pulling of the sheets. The staff rectified this, however it took us finding a bug, finding dirty clothes and a couple of trips to management first. Our room view was awful this time and had a "shared" balcony with two other rooms. This meant the curtains were constantly closed. Usually, this is a great stay and my go to hotel. This time it just wasn't on point.

After many visits to Disney World, this was our 1st stay at the Yacht Club. The location is awesome just a short walk to Epcot and a quick boat ride (or long walk) to Hollywood Studios. At the time of our visit there was some minor cement work being done outside of the main lobby so the bus stop for Magical Express and park transportation was moved down a bit to the YC's convention center which was a minor inconvenience but not terrible. The room was clean and with 2 adults + 2 teens in the room, they provided us with 6 towels per day without asking for it and plenty of extra coffee packets & mugs every day after asking one of the Mousekeeping staff members just once. Being Disney Cruise veterans, we really enjoy the nautical theming throughout. We have stayed at the connecting Beach Club several times and missed its prime location slightly this time the Yacht Club's gift shop doesn't serve food like the Beach Club store does. Also since we enjoy Cape May Café for both dinner and character breakfast, we felt like we were returning to the Beach Club a lot. Still, it's a beautiful hotel with great location. I'd highly recommend it! :)

We were thrilled to receive a free club level upgrade. Room was very far from everything. Hated sharing busses with other hotels. Holiday decorations were amazing. Staff was incredible. But lack of quick service/food court a drawback.

Great room location with a view of the tennis court and quiet pool. The room had a king size bed and sofa instead of the usual arrangement of two queen beds. Much to our surprise, we also had a wet bar. The staff was pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful. My only complaint is the lack of parking for guests. We had to self-park in overflow parking because of a convention taking place on the property. Although the hotel provided a shuttle service (golf carts) to get us from the remote parking to the hotel and back to our car, it was an inconvenience. The alternative was to pay $20 per day plus tips to valet park.

We went to Disney to celebrate our daughter's graduation from high school. Our 20-year-old son rounds out our family. We have stayed at Pop Century, POFQ, Caribbean Beach, and Beach Club. The location of Yacht and Beach Club simply cannot be beat. Being able to walk to Hollywood Studios and Epcot as well as having the dining options of Boardwalk make Yacht and Beach our favorite resort. The resorts are connected and share the pool and restaurants so they really seem like one big resort. Loved it and hope to return.

The Magical express took our bags from the airport but they would not take our bags back to the airport. Only explanation I got from the hotel was that it was a Southwest Airlines issue.

wonderful resort - well worth it everyone had a great time and the reservation people were extremely helpful

Will be staying here in the future! There were not tons of kids (as you may find at other disney resorts). It was a great couples getaway.

Yacht Club is perfectly located between Epcot and Hollywood Studios with the Boardwalk just on the other side of the lake. l loved being able to walk to some many Disney locations. The bus service to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom was also easy to use. Our Yacht Club room was very comfortable. It was clearly an older room but it was clean and there were no glaring issues. The balcony was comfortable. The pool area was awesome. I could have spent the entire vacation there. Travel tip. Make good use of the stairs for exiting the building this can save you time walking to and waiting for the elevator.

Wonderful resort in a great location. They were so accommodating and we were actually made Family of the Day upon check-in. It was such an amazing experience for a great price!

Staying at the Yacht Club allows you to experience so many restaurants, walking to Epcot is amazing and the pool is fabulous. I feel the décor is dated and the rooms could use a renovation but the location can not be beat.

Great stay! It was our 2yr old daughter's first trip to Disney and she had a blast! Loved the location of the Yacht Club - we had gone back and forth between this property and Animal Kingdom, and really glad we chose the Yacht Club... our daughter loved playing in the sandy areas around the hotel and the "lake", and it was a very quick stroller ride over to Epcot, so we were actually able to venture there in the evenings for dinner/fireworks and easily make it back for her bedtime! Property was clean, staff friendly... the only annoying thing was that upon check-in, it took us 3 phone calls to the front desk to get the pack & play that we had reserved delivered to our room - as a result we had to deal with a very cranky nap-desperate 2yr old! But otherwise, all was great. Free parking at the parks was also a huge plus - made it easy to get in and out, and park hop!

The hotel has a great view of the lake and a large swimming pool. The Disney Magical Express airport shuttle is a definite plus. Immediately upon disembarking the bus, we were greeted by the staff by name and was escorted to the reception area. Check in is fast. The hotel is the first at the Epcot area and perhaps that is the reason why the room furniture is rather old. Other than that, everything is good, staffs are friendly and check out is fast.

Have stayed here many times over the years and YC never lets me down. Great staff and service. Beautiful hotel, rooms and always very clean. Only downside is your room can be very far from the lobby, but we take advantage of using all the shortcuts. This is probably the 1st time we have used the quiet pools, as kids now older and my teenager didn't need to spend every minute in the big pool. So nice having hotel close to Epcot. Also, my daughter liked having to sleep by herself and the day bed was large, which allowed a lot more sleeping room for other Queen beds. Disney is always a great trip!

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff. Rooms were large and well appointed. Great location.

We had a great time at Disney's Yacht Club resort. They did not disappoint at all. I recommend the online check in to speed up the room check in. We did this and it was a great experience. We had the seafood buffett at Cape May and it was excellent. Beaches and Cream is always great but you will probably need to reserve a table if you would like to order food other than ice cream. The pool is always enjoyable as well as the hot tubs. Wonderful vacation!!!
