Terrible parking availability
Staff checking in was excellent-every staff member was very pleasant actually, The breakfast was good-I got there the last 45 minutes and plenty of hot, fresh food available. Adequate seating area. Room was clean, although some features showing some age (light sconces in bathroom were showing age). AC was perhaps the best I've ever had at a hotel! Had to turn the temp UP as I actually got cold! This is outstanding for Florida. Parking easy. Very convenient to UCF. Downside is one smallish elevator meant a short wait as I prefer higher floors (request was accommodated. Overall a good solid property

This is a wonderful place to stay. The lobby, dining room, and the rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. We were welcomed with a smile, freshly baked cookies and water with lemon and orange slices were available at all times. The housekeeping staff is to be commended because the rooms were spotless. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent and had the best choice of food of any place we have ever stayed. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.
