They should NOT claim to have a shuttle to Disney. They contract with a company that picks up from Hotel 1 time a day as late as 10:30 AM and picks up at Disney one time a day at 10:30 PM actually was 10:50 PM. No transportation to Magic Kingdom they want you to use Disney bus or monorail to get there. Which means the earliest you get to that park is 11:45 am. The front desk suggested using LYFT which would be another $60 round trip.

Excellent stay at this hotel! Rooms are standard but clean. Having an outdoor pool and hot tub was very nice. The breakfast was decent and the all day coffee/tea was appreciated. The location of this hotel is excellent with a very short drive to many different theme parks, water parks, shopping and restaurants!!

Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff was friendly and did their job well. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needed at least one “hook” to hang a towel or robe etc and a little more counter space would be good. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff kept up with all the guests extremely well.

A lovely hotel, clean and quiet, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The location is great if you want to be near Universal or Sea World, and I would definitely use again. The only downsides from what was a good hotel; The room was well kept, however there was no blackout curtain or blind, and this is annoying if you need a dark room to sleep. The food selection was more limited at breakfast and in their on-site store than many other hotels. No bacon, beans, or sausages for us Brits.
