Went to check in, nobody was there. I called the helpline and finally got an answer, they said they were at the bank (it was new years day so I doubt that) and they wouldn't be back for 2 hours. Never even got an apology as I waited outside for hours. Rooms were INFESTED with roaches. Filthy and disgusting. On my second to last day the plumbing failed and flooded the room. They sent house keeping to clean up but nobody ever showed up about the toilet flooding the room with poop water that brought in flies. Had to go back to the office to ask if anyone was going to help with the plumbing or move me and he then acted like oh I didn't know you needed a new room- it was flooding poop water! Of course I needed something done. The room they sent me to had even more roaches than the last, cleaning supplies left inside and no shower curtain. At 8pm my first night in the new room maintenance tried to get in and scared the everliving crap out of me and waking me up, there had not been an official notice of the room change.

This has to be the only hotel in the world where you can only check in before 6pm. I made the grave mistake of assuming arriving at 9pm would not be a problem and there was no one there to check us in. I had to find another hotel late at night for 2 hours because there was no vacancy in most places nearby. On top of that they charge me the first night stay. The office is in filthy condition and this is just not the place to be. I paid not very much above what I wouldve paid here at la Quinta and they had breakfast included. Take your money somewhere else.

TERRIBLE STAY

False advertisement, very rude staff, place not as listed and didn’t receive WiFi as a service which was promised. DO NOT BOOK IF U NEED FAST INTERNET. 5MBPS DOWNLOAD that’s if you get a room that has WiFi. Was on the phone for about 4 hours my whole trip with their “dedicated IT group” just to never get internet in my room the whole 7 days that I stayed. Was offered a new room on day 4 but at that point I was already upset. “GM” directed me to companies website to look for the regional managers number instead of himself giving it to me. Blamed my devices as the ones that don’t reach the WiFi signal. I NEED A REFUND FULL FOR 60% of my stay due to the inconvenience and not providing all services. If this was the other way around my entire deposit would be held for an inconvenience. Also seen 3 cockroaches
