Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive I Drive 360

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Rooms were small and outdated with tech. Interior needs an upgrade and fresh coat of paint to 2020 at least. Feels like you went back to 1995.

Our check-in could have been better, but the room and amenities were excellent.

My family and I live in FL and we staycation alot. We came to this property just for the indoor swimming pool. The pool was freezing. Its Florida in the winter time and theres not alot of hotels that offer indoor pools, at least buy a heater for your pool. I was completely dissapointed. Everything else amazing! The bar staff, the front desk staff were nice. The breakfast bar was amazing. These factors compensate for the pool. But still dissapointed because it took me 2 days to find this hotel with the indoor pool.

The positives are the nice breakfast in the morning. No complain there. That's how hotels should treat their guests in the morning. The welcome drinks and snacks in the late afternoon are also very nice if you are around to catch them. The negatives for me are the parking situation, getting in and out of the parking lots, and the room key expired for parking at midnight! At least for me. And no access to the hotel from any door except the front door. Seriously? The beds are small and old. The hotel was renovated on the outside and inside. Very nice. But the rooms are still the same. I expect more at these prices. Sorry. I gave this place a 8 out of 10 rating.

The staff was good. We were disappointed in the room. Overall the stay was good but not excellent.

Great experience. Little bit overcrowded perhaps due to holiday weekend.

Nice hotel close to International Drive and Universal Citywalk.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We can always expect a fine experience. The main areas - check-in, bar, seating arrangements throughout, and buffet areas are very nicely landscaped. These areas are comfortable and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with great amenities.

NICE..I will be back very soon , thank you for a good time

The only Good part is the location, staff is ok , I booked a king Room and received a queen Room Take it or leave it this is what we have . Hotel is old although they have a happy hour ,room is clean but although they say it is remodeled you but is old . I had to stay there I have conference to attend and I believe non of the Orbitz Staff will not help in locating another facility . Unless you don't care about the what you get then it works locations is very good .

Hotel staff was excellent. It's a little older hotel so you can tell but still well taken care of. Staff was perfect they went out of their way to help.

Ant infestation some even went home with me in beds dressers bathroom crawled in my luggage ants everywhere

Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Location is close to everything

The only provlem you have to pay 20 dollars for parking per day

Great breakfast Happy hours Space room good Highly recommended Good rates between August

Hotel was close to universal. Great breakfast every morning. I ride trolley was close by. I would definitely say it was family friendly. I wish it had buses to Disney. But my overall experience with embassy suites was great. I will come back to this hotel with my family again.
