Room was clean but definitely needs to be deep cleaned/updated. Some of the staff at night did not greet. Always a good breakfast with embassy. Parking fee was ridiculous 🙄

The room cleanliness was very disappointing. The carpets looked extremely dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for years, and the overall condition of the room did not feel hygienic. The positive side was the friendly and welcoming staff, and the breakfast was excellent with great variety. However, the lack of cleanliness was a major issue and affected the whole experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves room cleaning standards.

The hotel is quite beautiful..for breakfast- buffet breakfast with made to order omelets.. the gym open 24/7, although indoor pool closed, outdoor pool open... there were even quiet hours perfect for the older population.. the managers open bar ended early so we werent able to attend... however only a few issues. The beds were smaller than expected in the room & the sofa bed wasnt comfortable to sleep on and mattress thin.. we stayed during the thanksgiving wknd and a cold front came quickly. The heater only worked in the front (where the sofa bed was) so heat didnt circulate in the room despite maintenence replacing the batteries
