Bad experience
When asked by an automated text, how was my room? I responded that the shower was missing soap in the dispenser, ac was not cooling and was too loud for sleeping or resting. the management was apparently annoyed because She, Carol, responded in all caps back to me. By the way, Carol, that is considered shouting and poor manners, disrespectful and discourteous while texting annyone especially a paying customer. That evening found live roaches crawling in the bathroom. Not a good example for the Bestwestern chain.

My room had big Roaches running so bad I had to move to the 7th floor and I'm handycap it made I difficult for me to walk that far to get in and out of the building and I was only given 15 dollars I think so I was supposed to stay 2 more days but I decided to stay at a different hotel and I didn't want to do that because Iove the area of this hotel but I hate 😡 Roaches

We had to change rooms due to the staff putting loud kids from a school on our floor who kept yelling and screaming. I couldn’t sleep. I requested no housekeeping and the house keeping was caught coming out of my room 405 on two different nights. We were moved to 728 due to issues. My daughter was bitten by bedbugs and the staff did nothing about. Call the customer service line still nothing and the hotel has yet to return resorts fees they promised at check out. Checked out a day early. Stay away from this horrible place and rip off. Never go there again and the staff needs hospitality class they are the worst on earth.
