Nice place, Did not use breakfast because of time constraints. Feels a bit dated but so what.

Nice, quiet. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Could use some maintenance updates

In between Universal Theme Park and the Orlando Convention Center. A good reasonably priced hotel.

We arrived around 10 pm, reserved room 60 days prior , Got stuck in handicap room, that smelled like dog urine mixed with incense. the hotel claim to be full, I reserved king bed, got crap room. with double bed, only for one night so just went to bed after getting use to smell!!!

Other than the smell of mildew in our room, everything was pretty good. I figure that maybe all the hotels in Florida smell like mildew sometimes, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Other than that, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet in the restaurant was a good value, and the hotel is within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants, though not quite within walking distance of Universal Studios Orlando.

It was exactly what we needed-- close to Universal, free shuttle to the park, fitness center, pool, and food for purchase. Very nice staff. While the hotel was slightly outdated, it was a great value and very clean.

Although my stay was short, it was very nice. We will definitely come back again.

My only complaint about my stay only pertains to the housekeeping staff. On the morning of my check out they showed up at 8am and after only one knocked tried to get in to clean. Thankfully the door wasn't locked but then they showed up again only an hour later. Considering checkout isn't until 11 I found this to be rude and unnecessary.

This hotel is actually really nice have stayed multiple times now great rooms and location for the price. Pool area is really nice with 2 hot tubs and a covered lounge area with hammocks!

It was a great experience, the room was neat, the employees were very friendly !

The staff was very great and accommodating. The location was also conveinent. Would definitely reccommend for a great stay in the Orlando area.

Nothing fancy but clean, affordable, and close to all the attractions in Orlando. Front desk and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping kept the room tidy and restocked and my room (king + sofa bed) was extremely spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

hotel and accommodations were nice and location was very convenient.

This hotel was very easy to locate and get in and out of. Had plenty of parking. Our king suite was very big and spacious loved it for our toddler to be able to run around. Didn't even take 10 minutes if that to get to parking at Universal!

Great hotel, Great staff, everything is great from location to the room.

Convenient to Universal Orlando. Water pressure was lacking in the shower.

The staff at the Best Western was very nice. The carpet in the hotel and in the rooms was a little worn and old but clean. Room was clean and nice. I hated the pillows. The pillows were small squares and made noise when I would roll over. I still found the hotel quite nice especially for the price.

Howl was clean and had nice accommodations including a free shuttle to/from Universal Studios. Staff were very friendly an pool & 2 hot tubs were great after a long day at the parks. Plus they're open late (til 11pm!).

Room had a musky smell. It was clean and looked like it was recently updated. However, you can tell it was a cheap makeover. Wall imperfections were just painted over instead of being repaired, etc. Friendly staff.

My experience was very good I'll re omens this hotel
