• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement via DocuSign prior to check-in.


Self Check-In:
• Vista Cay Resort is a gated community. 24 hours prior to arrival, you will receive a message with the gate code and your personalized door access code. There is no lobby or front desk.


Starter Supplies
• This is a self-catering home. Starter supplies are provided for the first day only and are not replenished:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

• Basic kitchen essentials are provided (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).
• No seasonings, condiments, coffee, or tea are supplied.


Parking
• Free, unassigned parking throughout the resort. No vehicle limit.
