Best resort ever! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at Disney World

This was our second stay at The Boardwalk and it was even better than the first! We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom villa that was definitely large enough for two kids and two adults. Besides the pool, location and other fantastic amenities, I have to say the best part was being able to check-in in advance via the Disney app. Not only did they have our room ready early, but they texted us when it was...allowing us to completely skip check-in at the front desk and go right to our room. After a long, hot day at Magic Kingdom, this was priceless! Keep in mind you need the Disney app + linked Magic Bands to do this, but most people have those anyway. :-) Will be back ASAP!

Well located property. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Drawback: poor breakfast restaurant choices but with kitchen can make breakfast in room.

Great sized room for family of 4. Perfect location btwn Epcot and Hollywood Studios - a quick walk Pool was great for a break to cool off with very cool waterslide Even life vests for the little ones There’s an arcade but it wasn’t working during our visit Will definitely go back

Well kept hotel. I stayed in a villa but it was a long walk to the lobby because of the hotel layout. Signs need to be better for locating your room. Boats going to Epcot And other amusements leave every 15 min. The food and wine festival was great!

Studio villa was a bit small, but comfortable. Patio area was beautiful and a nice, relaxing touch to our room.

We are returning guests to The Boardwalk Villas and this stay was as great as always. The rooms and staff are always amazing. We feel like we are at home when we stay here. Your daily commute to the parks are pretty easy no matter which one you go to and the evening entertainment is always fun with a stroll on the Boardwalk.

My daughter, granddaughter and I visit WDW twice yearly and we try to stay at Boardwalk Villas whenever possible. The location is perfect because we can walk to two parks and it is only a short bus ride to the other two parks. We especially love the Disney Villas because we have kitchen options for breakfast and lunch. The hotel pool is fantastic and my granddaughter loves it. The food options around hotel and great and we enjoy just walking around the boardwalk outside the hotel for exercise or fun. All in all, this hotel is always our first choice and we have stayed at almost all of the luxury ones at Disney.

We stayed at the Boardwalk Villas the first week of November for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. This was our second stay here and I was happier this time than last(and I was really happy last time!). We had a newly redecorated studio. It was very pretty. The dark wood entry complimented the light blue walls & creamy wood work. Our standard view was of the Boardwalk courtyard with a partial views of the Boardwalk. Our request for a room close to the elevators was granted. The staff was friendly & helpful. Mouse-keeping didn't leave us any towel animals (I think because we weren't traveling with kids) but the room was very clean every day & always done quickly. The Boardwalk is a beautiful place inside and out. The close proximity to both EOCOT & Hollywood Studios makes it an excellent option for those who want to be close to the action. My only complainant was that the shower tile & hardware had not been updated in our room. This is really an non issue but it did detract from the overall feel. Also, the refurbishment has removed most of the Disney feel from the room. There are hiddens Mickeys & you'll know where to find them. Don't go excepting Art of Animation level of Disney themeing.

This was my son's first trip to Disney and the location of the Boardwalk was fantastic. The extra money to stay here was really worth the convenience of walking into Epcot and the short boat ride to Hollywood Studios. After the fireworks at Epcot, it was wonderful to just walk back to our hotel and not wait in lines for transportation. Especially with a tired 7 year old. The pools were fun and my son really enjoyed the quiet pool by the clubhouse. The clubhouse had games, crafts and XBox consoles to keep him busy on a few rainy afternoons. We can't wait to go back again.

This was our first time staying on property, and it was amazing! Boardwalk is just a short walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, our favorite 2 parks. Our room was recently renovated so very nice and a good size for our family of 4. The pool was also a highlight for our kids!

Boardwalk is the ideal location in disney. Staff was friendly, pool was great, and room was clean. What more could I ask for!

Our stay at the Boardwalk Villas was wonderful. We had a very nice suite overlooking the swimming pool, which was just what we had requested. We also enjoyed the jugglers, food, drinks and fun on the Boardwalk and the convenient walkways to epcot and the studios. It was everythingwe hoped.

We stay at Boardwalk Villas twice a year and have a great experience every time. We love the location because it is possible to walk to two parks and its a short bus ride to the other two. My granddaughter loves the pool and slide and we really enjoy the Boardwalk activities and eating places. We won't stay anywhere else.

This is our 10th trip to Disney in 3 years and we LOVE Boardwalk Villas. The rooms are spacious, amenities great, location perfect for walking to two parks and a short bus ride to the other two, pool great fun especially the slide and availability of food and beverages way above average. We have tried 3 other villa locations within the park and even though they also are outstanding we love the situation at Boardwalk the best. Also, Boardwalk and Old Key West seem to offer the best discounts and so we try to take advantage of that. Overall a great experience there---and we are going to stay at Boardwalk again this April.

Always wonderful and magical. Centrally located rooms very nice staff excellent. Stay here every time we do Disney

We were very happy with the hotel's location and amenities. Right outside the hotel were places to have a bite to eat and a delicious bakery. The staff was very helpful and always in a good mood. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We loved our stay at Boardwalk Villas. We had a 1 bedroom villa rooms are great and the location can't be beat. The staff is always helpful. Would love to stay again. This is a no worry vacation for anyone who loves the small details and easy get around transportation.

The Board Villas are just a short boat ride away from Epcot Center and Disney Hollywood Studios, with not much of a wait. Having 2 older kids, we booked a one-bedroom villa which came with a king in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. I would've preferred 2 queens and a sofa sleeper, or a king, w/ sofa sleeper and a twin fold out chair (as offered at Animal Kingdom Villas). The room itself was decently clean - just showing signs of heavy traffic over the years. Carpet needed deep cleaning. Problems with dripping shower, plugged sink and broken sofabed frame were quickly fixed. Experienced tropical storm throughout our stay, so I was really glad to have booked a room with in-room laundry facilities. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff throughout our stay.

The hotel room was a little older and not as polished looking as a modern 5 star, however, the room was clean, the bathroom set up was convenient with the sink and mirror separate from the toilet and shower, the kitchenette was very handy to have with a grocery store on the boardwalk just a minute away. Rooms have a balcony overlooking the boardwalk and small lake, or on the other side - the pool area and canal. We could see fireworks every night from our room, but they are better if you are right there at Epcot or Magic Kingdom. The bed mattress had a pillow top- very comfortable. Room had a flat screen TV. Easy walk to Epcot, free water craft ride to Disney studios, free bus every 20 min to other Disney parks and Disney attractions. For $38 you can get a bus to take you to non-Disney places such as Universal Studios or Sea World. The board walk is great, several good restaurants, as well as fast food outlets on the board walk. Nightly entertainment on board walk - magicians, jugglers, etc. There are less expensive hotels, but when you consider the cost of transportation from those places, the Boardwalk Villas which are a nicer place to stay and provide easy, free access to Disney attractions, will likely easily make up for transport costs from elsewhere. Food is expensive every where at Disney including here. I'm not sure about the meal plan, I think it depends on how much you want to eat. If you would like a big restaurant meal every day the meal plan is a good idea. You can live more cheaply on microwaved meals from the grocery store and treats from the bakery and once in a while go to a restaurant for a more extravagant meal. We loved it.
