This beautiful house contains five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two large bedrooms are located downstairs, and three bedrooms are located upstairs. Large open-concept living room & kitchen all conveniently greet our guests on the first floor. All beds come with luxury cloud-sleep foam mattresses, and bedrooms have personalized special touches.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. This was the perfect spot for our extended family when we were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We loved the open layout of the living room and kitchen so we could all be together. The kitchen was well stocked and there were nice little extras you don’t always have at rental homes, like coffee pods, napkins, trash bags, etc. The bedrooms were spacious, with very large closets and bathrooms had some thoughtful extras as well. We enjoyed the tranquility of the backyard, especially in the evening. The host was very accommodating and thoughtful, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The house was very beautiful and spacious- exactly as advertised. We ate everyday at the Mill Marketplace restaurant- highly recommend! They had quite a variety of salads, sandwiches and soups. Best part was it was a short walk! The whole neighborhood was very nice with a beautiful small lake nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we knew he was available if any issues came up during our visit, which gave us great peace of mind.The home truly had something for everyone in our family. There were toys, games, and books for the children, and the pool table was a big hit with the young adults. We were in town for a birthday celebration, and this home suited our group perfectly.Everything was spotless when we arrived, and there were plenty of towels and amenities for all nine of us. I would 100% recommend this VRBO and would happily stay here again!

Perfect Home & Location

The property matched the listing perfectly, was in great shape and we had no issues during our stay. It fit the needs of our group of 8 and the kids had a grand time playing pool and chess. The host communicated well and was very accommodating when, shortly after we booked, we requested to shift to our reservation by a day to accommodate a change in the timing for the celebration we were attending.

Family gathers for graduation

We had multiple generations of our family all meet up in Orlando to celebrate a graduation. Three couples, two grandmas, and a newborn. All of the bedrooms were spacious, two had an en-suite (one upstairs and one down). Overall there are two bedrooms downstairs (1 with en-suite , one next to the half bath) and three bedrooms upstairs (one with en-suite and two share another full bath) laundry is upstairs as is a pool table. The hosts thought of everything and they even had a high chair and booster seat available that would be perfect for a visiting toddler. We were able to spread out, play cards, have family dinners, and just enjoy our time in Orlando. There is a lovely sandwich shop (903 Mills Market) that is an easy walk had an excellent beer selection and tasty sandwiches and the neighborhood overall is very walkable and felt safe. Family took the new baby in her stroller around the lake and enjoyed spotting baby ducks, squirrels, etc- the neighborhood has sidewalks that make walking it easy. The house was a fabulous jumping off point for all of our plans- graduation, the Winter Park Scenic boat ride. The house was spotless and everyone was so pleased with the space! Checking in and out was easy, no major asks from the hosts at any point and they were kind and pleasant to work with. High recommend for anyone needing a place to gather in Orlando!

Just what we needed

This home was very spacious and well maintained. It was everything we needed for our family gathering in Orlando to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. The neighborhood felt safe and there were nice parks and lakes nearby for walking. Also, a great little market a few doors down for coffee, sandwiches or to grab extra bottles of wine, etc.
