I liked the central location. This made it easy to get to areas of interest in Lincoln City and around the coast. The hotel itself was OK. The common area carpets were dingy with many stains and the elevator sounded as if it was in need of service. The parking is terrible with narrow spaces and pillars partially blocking many spots.

The room was great, the sheets were the best I’ve ever felt ( and I worked in a hotle

The property and rooms were excellent! We did enjoy the sack breakfasts. They were tasty and a great response to Covid 19. The only shortcoming was the room not being made up daily. We had no notice that because of the virus daily services had changed. We really were fine but wish we would have been told at check-in.

Great location, right across the road from the beach and food. Parking can be a little tight, but workable. Current COVID restrictions cramp down on the breakfast options but they do the best they can. Room was clean, staff was courteous. They do have a pigeon problem, which can make your balcony un-usable because of all the bird poop and nesting.

Close access to the beach. And we had a room with an decent ocean view. That was nice.

Very clean and amazing staff! Quite and right across the steet from the beach on the D River!

I really enjoyed the cleaniness and the overall interiour of the room. Very modern and cozy. The Jacuzzi room was quite spacious, but there was a time when the jets wasn't working but it started to work the next day. I had called front desk a few times for extra towels & cups and they were really professional and prompt. I enjoyed staying at this hotel for my first time in Lincoln City. I would love to come again. Thank you!

Parking area is a maze to navigate, and I would guess that it would take only one poorly parked car to make access next to impossible. The rooms are a little shabby. The kitchen area had a full-sized refrigerator, which was nice, but its motor was pretty loud. The a/c-heater unit was pretty worthless at circulating air, as the room got super hot. We had to open the balcony door and endure the almost constant sound of traffic along the main highway. A plus is that the full-service breakfast was nice enough.

Location was very convenient. Staff was wonderful. Free breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly and welcoming

Very clean hotel. Although it wasn’t directly on the beach, it was affordable. I didn’t have any trouble checking in even though I was 18. I would recommend this hotel to people who need somewhere to stay that is affordable.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub are great.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Staff was very nice and welcoming, rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy.

This hote blows, horrible place to stay. People at the desk suck, breakfast taste like dog food, room had stains on sheets, over priced should pay you to stay there.

Needed a weekend getaway and decided to stay at Comfort Inn . Really enjoyed the friendliness of staff as we were greeted upon entering and stay was great . Room was exactly how it was pictured . Only downside was the awkward and small parking lot

We liked the central location and everything about our room especially the jacuzzi! My only complaint was the breakfast bar. Undercooked overcooked bland. Your best bet is oatmeal or cereal. Better yet just go out for breakfast.

I attended an athletic event in the area and found that this hotel is conveniently located to the highway and restaurants. Staff was pleasant and gave recommendations to local restaurants and their breakfast that was included in the stay had good a variety.

Great overall experience... pool heater was broken so the pool was too cold for my kids to swim in. Wish we would have know sooner....
