Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

This hotel is 7 minute walk to Disneyland and is in walking distance to multiple restaurants. They offer a free hot breakfast every morning and free parking. The parking garage is a small garage and it can be chanllening finding a spot to park. The only thing I was disappointed in was I made my reservation almost 6 months in advance and we had a bottom floor room with a view of a fenced off area where they stored all their pool and maintenance stuff outside the window and would get woken by the workers. Also I would recommend offering more fruit at breakfast and changing it up a little.

Great room, easy 12-15 minute walk to Disneyland, and lots of places to eat around it. Good breakfast choices. Only downside is it can be a bit noisy but that is mostly due to excited kids. Would recommend.

The front desk was nice and helpful. Rest of the staff could be a language barrier but they were not

Hotel staf was nice, room was nice, hotel was nice Might as well if stated "we don't have room service" Called multiple times for towels and they never showed. Resturant took an hour to deliver food that was cold. Eat somewhere else as their food products are cheap. Won't stay here again

Best bang for your buck close to Disney, awesome food and service

Very close to Disneyland!! Had a great warm breakfast!! The one problem was that there was no wifi for our whole stay. I think they were working on their router while we were there.

Had a great stay 7 min walk from Disneyland. Had the Continental breakfast everyday it was worth it.

They upgraded our hotel for free. Kids got a separate room with bunk beds and tv . The room was within our room . The room smelled a bit but wasn't too bad . The room was clean and nice . Breakfast was good and had waffle makers !

The room set up is odd-2 bedrooms connected by 2 joining bathrooms. You can hear the neighbors upstairs, every step they take, you can hear the doors closing from all of your neighbors on your same floor. We asked for bed bumpers for the kids, they brought up brand new bumpers that we had to build ourselves. Staff was not too helpful with shuttle or uber info to get to Disneyland.

The hotel itself is very nice, but our room wasn't quite what we expected. We arrived and paid the early check in fee of just over 40 bucks after the tax. After leaving the first floor, the hallways were incredibly warm - and then we entered our room....which was HOT. The air was turned off and our room was 81 degrees! We were also supposed to have two queen beds...our room had bunk beds and one queen bed. The refrigerator was also turned off and took forever just to get slightly cold inside...it didn't really keep our water cold like you'd expect. I really was expecting a better experience - especially for the price. The breakfast was convenient - although I do wish it had started before 6:30am :)

We had a great experience staying at your hotel. It made going to Disney so easy!

Very nice workers very clean and just a walk a away from Disneyland would go back

The hotel was great just a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. The rooms were a bit small but the beds were huge so we didn't mind it. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there next time I need to go to Disneyland or anywhere in Anaheim.

Loved our room. Beautiful decor, large & very comfortable. Great breakfast room overlooking DCA. Food choices were very good & tasty. Short walk to Disneyland.

This hotel has pretty nice rooms, and is really clean. For the price we paid I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The proximity to Disney was also a great perk, just a short walk.

great experience, great breakfast starts at 6:30 am, no charge for parking. I have stayed in many hotels around the area and I never went back to the same one since I was not satisfied. But I will definitely return to this one every time! Stayed with my husband, 5 year old, 1.5 yr old and 6 month old, and we all enjoyed it. When i checked in I asked for a crib and it was delivered to my room before I walked up! All hotels around the area charge for parking per day and have NO breakfast, but this place doesn't charge parking and the breakfast is buffet like serving eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, fruits, yogurt, doughnuts and other small pastries. LOVED IT

The hotel and the room were clean and pleasant. Sleeping in the room was a completely different story... we asked for a room away from the main street which had constant traffic even at night. We got a room facing the side of the hotel. We were woken up about every 45-60 minutes by either the A/C kicking on OR off which was very loud, the flush of someone's toilet or the slamming of a hotel room door in the hallway. The guests staying above us were running around the room until 0200. Needless to say, we did not get any sleep at all. We were also told prior to making a reservation that we could park there both days as we visited Disneyland even though we were staying one night. We were reassured that it would not be a problem. The morning of our checkout we asked for the parking permit for the day and were told that the hotel is sold out and we would not be able to park there as we were told before and there is nothing they can do :(((. This delayed our getting to the park due to having to park at the theme park parking garage and get shuttled to the park.

The hotel room is beautiful the breakfast and services were awesome .Thanks.

15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. Located close to Garden Walk shopping mall, across the street from IHOP Restaurant, two drug stores, convenience stores and down the street from convention center. Great complimentary breakfast with good variety of offerings. Front desk staff very pleasant. Rooms are not big but totally adequate. There were 4 of us for 3 nights with only carryon size luggage and we had plenty of room. Primary negative was that Wi-Fi was very slow; we never got better than 1MB download speed. We would stay there again.

Hotel staff was helpful and the room/lobby was clean. The heated pool and hot tub were nice to give the family a little break from the craziness and heat of Disneyland. The Disneyland park is in close proximity to the hotel (about a 10 minute walk). I had no complaints. A nice experience. Would stay again.
