I would come back to Omaha just to stay here. The staff was so friendly and kind and polite. The rooms were large and beautiful and the location can’t be beat for walking around old market. This place was the highlight of our stay. Cannot recommend enough.

Love it. I asked if i could use a cart for our luggage and an employee said " I come with it." They loaded everything up and showed us to our room. Room was clean and everything works. I feel safe as your key card restricts you to access your floor only. Great restaurants nearby.

The Farnham did an amazing job in all areas of hospitality. The service, the food and the hotel were five star even though I believe it is a four star hotel. The only thing that was a problem is the lack of humidity in the HVAC both my daughter and I. We were so dry in our rooms. I would like to stay there again, but I would probably buy a personal humidifier for my time there.. otherwise keep up the great work

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Farnam, one of Omaha's finest hotels, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Sam (the manager), Derek at Valet, and the front desk team. During our stay Sam, Derek, Jack and another young gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process, providing valuable information about the hotel's amenities, helping research a track our son could run at. Jack spoke to our son about running and gave a great recommendation on a local run. The leadership at this hotel is truly remarkable, with Sam, the manager, clearly leading a dedicated and professional team. His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the hotel's operations. Special mention must be made of Derek in valet. He was always hustling to get our vehicle and made sure either the heat or air conditioner were already turned on when we got in the car that touch that made us feel valued as a guest. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, with luxurious rooms, exquisite dining options, and a range of amenities that cater to every need. Whether you're visiting Omaha for business or leisure, this hotel offers an unparalleled experience that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service.
