*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

House was nice location and set up. There was a steam device in bathroom that sounded alarm when in the shower- and it was hard to pinpoint where the alarm was (thought smoke alarm was going off) I think I would also recommend a more thorough cleaning (some dead bugs on floors) and there were big webs outside with a giant spider at the front door. I noticed the white shower curtains had a lot of soap and black dot residue and informed the mgt about it. I went and bought oxy clean and it didn’t take it out. My recommendation would maybe be to hire a different cleaner or let them know so they are aware. I would also recommend replacing the cookie sheet (rusty) and maybe invest in a step up on the pots and pans.We thought the beds were great- the house is very nice and other than what was mentioned we really liked the house.
