Clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood conveniently located near local shopping, parks, and major roadways. Guests have full access to the entire home. The home features a formal dining room, a cozy living room, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and a casual dining area. The kitchen connects to both the family room and laundry room with access to a three-car garage. The family room offers a fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the primary suite includes a private bathroom, backyard access, and added lounge seating.

The Space -

Enter through the main foyer, where you are immediately welcomed into a spacious layout. To the left, the living room features two loveseats, two chairs, and a coffee table. To the right, there is a formal dining room that seats six.

The kitchen is centrally located, positioned between the laundry room/garage area and the family room. It serves as the heart of the home and includes everything you’ll need for your stay: essential cookware, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full-size refrigerator, and stove. Just off the kitchen is a casual dining area with seating for four.

On one side of the kitchen is the laundry room and access to the three-car garage. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities, and detergent and dryer sheets are provided for convenience. On the other side of the kitchen is the family room, which features a TV, fireplace, two couches, two chairs, and a coffee table—creating a comfortable secondary gathering space.

Continuing from the foyer down the hallway to the right, you’ll find two bedrooms. Bedroom one includes a double closet, while bedroom two features two full beds. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double sink.

To the left side of the hallway is additional storage space and the primary bedroom. This spacious suite includes a TV, couch, direct access to the backyard, and a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a tub, stand-up shower, enclosed toilet area, walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, and a skylight that fills the space with natural light.

All bedrooms feature nightstands and extra linens.

Guest Access -

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. There will be no other guests or occupants on-site aside from those included in your reservation.

Access to the home is provided via a secure lockbox using the code shared in your welcome message. If you have any trouble accessing the property, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

We’re available throughout your stay and are happy to help with anything you may need. The best way to reach us is through the booking platform.

We’re also available by phone or text, with contact details provided after booking. We typically respond within an hour and will get back to you as quickly as possible.

- No pets -- we maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.
Service Animals are welcome; however, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 that will be collected upfront.

Checkout:
- Is by 11 noon ---- so sleep in.
- Please close all windows and doors and lock them.
- Please put garbage in garbage containers beside the garage.
- Close the front door fully so the automatic lock works.
- Put all used dishes in the washer-dryer, and please start it if time permits.
