Customer service was superb at check in!! We arrived about 25 minutes early, so I asked if by chance our rooms were available yet (not expecting at all, just rolling the dice) and she was so pleasant..checked us in early and accommodated rooms next to each other. We always stay at the Courtyard when we travel to OKC for a Thunder game as it is clean, friendly, affordable and the perfect location!!! We will be back!!

The hotel staff we came in contact with were not super friendly. Our room was clean, but the street noise was awful. Hours of loud vehicles driving by, revving their engines, was not pleasant. Also, the $23 a day parking was excessive.
