Staff was extremely friendly. Shout out to Jesika at front desk who always had smile on her face and very helpful.

The staff is wonderful. Check in took less than 5 minutes. Our room was very spacious and very clean.

Very nice experience. Small delay getting checked in, but comfortable lobby/lounge with several flat screens to wait in. Valet service, much quicker than advertised. Only complaint, no channel guide for TV in room! Not much of a complaint...

This a centrally located hotel that is right next to the sports arena. I can't recall the name but you can EASILY walk to it. From my room I could almost watch the action. The hotel is under some renovation but everything works. The facility is very clean the front desk personnel are first rate. The room was well equipped and even the TV remote worked. WIFI was fast, free and hooked up immediately. They have an adequate and clean exercise facility. I would stay at this hotel again.

good location but not worth the price, the room was nothing special and you have pay for parking.

The location was very close to Brick Town. Staff wasn't that friendly, night staff was much friendlier than the afternoon staff. Rooms were small and the shower looked as though it was falling out of the wall! Definately NOT what I expected for the amount of money paid. We will not be staying here again.

Worth paying for if you want arena access with easy walk to Bricktown. Whirlpool suite is very nice.

It is just steps from the Chesapeake Arena, perfect location and the staff is friendly!

all was up and up really but for 445.00 for 2 nights and then asking 12.95 a person for breakfast is a little much.also the entire staff was more than kind and asked how are you doing all the time minus the people at the check in desk.she was very unhappy and when we asked where the parking was she looked at us and said really you cant see the giant garage..no sorry could see it behind the hotel from the direction we came..

We seem to always go here as to its location, next to Chesapeake arena, short walk to anyplace in Bricktown. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Always enjoy our stay.

If you need a place to stay for a Thunder or Barons game, this Hotel is perfect. Walk across the street for the Cox center and hotel is next to the Chesapeake Arena. Hotel has a decent restaurant and covenient bar and lounge. Room has a large flat screen TV.

I like the downtown location of this hotel. I can walk anywhere in Bricktown. The hotel has just added a free towncar that will suttle you where you want to go, it was raining one night and I used this service to get to a job. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

great location nice rooms, nice breakfast and pet friendly!!

Terrific. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant good.

Very nice room, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming, stayed for four nights and attended a concert at the Ford Center.

We attended the Quilt Show that was in the Cox Center. This Hotel was very convenient. We also ate two meals in the Grille. Employees were helpful and friendly. Our trip and stay was pleasant. The only objection I would have is the $12.00 parking fee for hotel guest. It should be included in the room price. Where else would you park? Otherwise-- Great experience!

Went to thunder game, it was just right across the street. Saved parking costs. Bed was comfy, kids loved the pool. Would stay again.

I really liked this hotel. The staff very friendly, the room was clean, the location is GREAT!
