I booked this hotel through the AARP/Expedia site July 4th for a destination in Edmond for a family reunion. It all looked good and I requested first floor accommodations, etc. because my husband had a knee replacement a month ago and I had back surgery in early 2024. I have several complaints about the hotel. First of all, it is not ADA-compliant.The toilet is so close to the floor that it was almost impossible for me or my husband to use it and stand up.The shower has NO grab bars or floor mat so slippage is a problem for elderly people. The WIFI NEVER worked. The mattress was terrible for me as I had back surgery over a year ago. I don't understand where all these 10/10 ratings are coming from. Yes, it was clean. No, it was not user friendly or comfortable. The manager could have cared less and after going to AARP for a refund, he refused. Buyer beware. Do not recommend.

Definitely an older building. Kind of reminded me of a motel in Myrtle Beach when I was young. But the room was very clean, the bathroom was clean. Tub drained fine but had to move the stopper a little. Toilet flushed well, holding down the handle for more flush (like most modern toilets). Bed was firm, but comfortable. Burger King is almost next door, so it is another quick breakfast option. Lots of good stores and decent restaurants are not far. I was on the second floor and saw 0 (zero) bugs. Not bad for the 100 degree temps we had.
