Not a bad place

The hotel is in the middle of renovations (which we knew when we booked), and the rooms have been freshly renovated. We had a 1 bedroom suite and my biggest complaint was that the only sink (even though we had a small “kitchen” area, was in the bathroom. In addition, if you got back late, there was no place to park because construction equipment and vehicles took a lot of space in the parking lot. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly.

Since they were remodeling, the condition was average. They were doing an excellent job of working on the project and keeping it clean and ready for the guests. It will be great when it is finished!!

Unfortunately property at the time was undergoing renovations by a sloppy contractor that had been hiring sub par skilled labor. Several tiles in my bathroom although new were loose and laking thinset. Doors installed so out of plumb and level that you had to body slam them to get the latch to actually catch. Sinks and counters were left all around the property in open crates in plain veiw of guests. Also found it a bit shortsighted that all ADA rooms needed to be renovated at the same time, severely limiting the type of guest that could stay and facilities available. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and interior of rooms was kept clean durring our 3 day stay. Again its a poor review in reflection of work taking place at the time and not the staff themselves.
