Room was clean but had no hair blower, leaking fridge, closet door not working. No mouthwash or extra toilet paper. Finally hair conditioner was old plastic bottle that my wife couldn’t get out. Staff which was Kevin, Jase(spelling) and breakfast lady were outstanding. I told Jase these things to help next guests. As a former retired military officer, it appears a little checklist could bring this hotel to the standards I would expect.

Property does not recognize Expedia. No value to staying here under Expedia. Requested noon check out in advance. Staying 4 days and 3 nights and they could not accommodate. Was moving new student into dorm and plan on staying here a lot over next 4 years. Will stay at Marriott or Hilton from now on where they guarantee a late checkout with my reward status. Hotel and staff where good, just disappointed no value to being Expedia with this hotel.

When we got in our room, it was warm. After turning down the window unit for an hour, it was clear that the air conditioning was not working. We waited while they switched out the unit for another one because we were told the property was fully booked and they couldn’t move us to a different room. The room itself was just okay. Multiple outlets in the room, but only the one that had the tv on it and the one in the bathroom worked consistently. Woke up in the morning to all dead electronics. The small fridge had a leak at some point and the cabinet was falling apart. The room definitely needs a refresh. The employees were very nice, but I won’t stay there again. I wish I had gotten the refund that would have happened if they couldn’t fix the air conditioner so that we could have stayed somewhere else.

It is OK for the price point, but much like a Best Western. The room we stayed in had large wet spots on the carpet and still some transport plastic wrapping the bed frames. There were a large number of towels - 15 to be specific - and no soaps in the bathroom. Some details that would've made this stay less uncomfortable.
