Deception...2 towels for 2 weeks....unless u pay extra. No clean sheets for 2 weeks. I will never stay here again. Companies that r deceptive do not deserve my money...I still do have principles
Room was moderately clean. Definitely not as clean as it should been. There were roaches live and dead. The bed was without a doubt the Most Uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I've slept on dorm room beds that were way more comfortable. In all honesty the floor was more comfortable. I couldn't get any significant amount of sleep on it. I woke up in so much pain in my back I had to stretch for 1hr hoping it would give me some relief. I'll never stay here again. There is simply no excuse to have poor bedding.
I liked how friendly the front desk, Jennifer, was to me and my guest checking in. I also liked the cleanliness of the hotel. However, I disliked the quality of bedding and mattress, very hard to sleep on what felt like hardened styrofoam
I really liked the lack of carpet in the entire facility. The check in experience was poor at best, considering I waiting approximately 15 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. Eventually I used the lobby phone to call for assistance. I was greeted with a "what do you want? I am helping someone else!". Needless to say...not exactly a warm welcome.
It was just a quick overnight stop for us. The room was by no means fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
Clean, comfortable but not so quiet. I35 is close by so the highway noise was an issue. Was expecting to have pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker etc. in the kitchenette but there were none. Picked up a few things at a local thrift store to use during my stay.

Make sure you bring ALL that you need to use the kitchen...there are no dishes, not even a coffee pot. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Elevator is the slowest I've used in a long time.
