Breakfast was ready early. Staff was friendly. Hot tub wasn't working. Coffee maker in room wasn't working. Elevator got stuck and wouldn't leave third floor. Hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location convenient to interstate.

The front desk was friendly and the process was easy. The halls and elevator area need to be cleaned better. There was also a loud party with strope lights etc on the 3rd floor!

The entrance and hallways were shabby and in disrepair, but the room was nice. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any second. The breakfast attendants were very efficient and organized.

Is a very clean place ..staff are very nice..only thing i would suggest.is to label all food displayed during breakfast.. Iam vegetarian and i accidently ate sausage in the croc pot with white grits?

Horrible worst place I’ve ever stayed. Room was unacceptable and the breakfast was terrible.

no micowave to heat my food,ask for handacap room ,hard to get out of bath tub.

My main complaint - they have charged my credit card the full 6 days where I thought they will do it after I checked out - I did not get my refund yet - I need to wait 15 days after I checked after the first night - So if this is this kind of practice I will advise to stay away - Breakfast has no healthy choices - only white bread and white bagel served - No fruit but it shows fresh fruits on their ad -

Hotel is nice but the walks are thin. Heard the TV from the room next to us and her whole telephone conversation at 6 am. Able to hear everything in the parking lot and we were on the second floor.

GM, Dipan Patel and associates took very good care of us even with all the remodeling that is being done. We were there Nov.2016, Jan 2017 and will be staying there again due to parents in nursing home and family in Merrillville. It is along drive from Pennsylvania and we are happy we found this hotel and can't wait to see the finished remodeling. Thank you, Rosie Simpson and Bill Simpson room 210

Remodeling in progress. Room was clean. Mirrors were not hung yet and sitting on floor. Refrigerator didn't work.

Gross hotel. The whole place stunk and paint was peeling off the walls. The pillows were flat and the front desk only had 2 extras!!! Our toilet clogged after every flush. Went down to breakfast to find they had no juice left no waffle mix left and the sausage did not taste like sausage final straw was when I went to eat my bagel and the cream cheese and peanut butter were expired in April!!!!!!

I checked into a non-smoking room only to find cigarette ashes on the floor , I guess housekeeping doesn't vacuum every day ! And my four days there my room keys had to be reset twice it's very aggravating to come back late at night and have to go to the front desk and the person working it has to call someone to help him . The breakfast was a joke it was cold in the waffles tasted like it was spoiled better. The hot tub is green in the bottom of the pool is full of sand and dirt .
