Great!
Nice service. Liz was great, does it all.
Check in was terrible, i paid for a room with 2 queen size beds. Well we get there and room hadn't been cleaned. They give me another room 1 bed, told me if i wanted 2nd bed i had to purchase another room. It was late we where tired so we did. At least the flowing day they moved us into a 2 bed room after one was cleaned and serviced.
During our stay they had a problem with their room key machine I must have went through 12 keys during my 2 night stay the problem wasn’t just with my keys it was every guest had the same issue eventually the front desk person had to start letting people in their rooms using the master key
Nothing really. The fact the housekeeping made my beef everyday. But the room wasn't very clean.
Not sure about the cleanliness of the room-soap tray was dirty, coffee splashed on bathroom wall, only 2 hand towels & 1 bath towel on the rack. Not enough room between sink counter & toilet. Board on top of half wall between sofa & bed was not secure. They were out of breakfast to go bags at 8:00am because “all the workers left and cleaned them out” Assume this meant construction workers who were staying there
This location was convenient for our travels although a little hard to find tucked away behind McDonald’s. The bathroom was cramped. The toilet is against a counter and the toilet paper roll smashes into your side while on the toilet. Long counter was not very useful as half of it was blocked by the toilet
No bathroom paper (toilet) hallways and stairs dirty and smell really nasty ,and people hanging out by the lobby main entrance door. Was like a homeless shelter, sorry but that the truth.
Staff was very nice and continental breakfast was good. The hallway carpets were pretty dirty and the room smelled like a wet basement. The beds were comfortable in clean. The carpet was dirty. Overall not bad
Not bad for the money, pool is not working and there was no notice
Nice clean hotel with very courteous service would stay their again if in the area
We will stay again YES the staff was very friendly n knowledgable about the business
