Shower was broken/didn't work. There was dried blood on sheets and walls. Shampoo and soap bottle were there but empty. Super gross. On my top five of nastiest hotels I've stayed in my life

Everything was good except for the giant bug I had to kill that ran out from under the bed. The night staff guy that I talked to was super helpful and really nice.

The room was adequate for our stay. Hotel could use updates, seems like an older hotel. Our biggest problem was a faulty air conditioner that they said they would fix and it never was. Staff was pleasant, rooms were clean, but stale smelling when we first went in. Good breakfast with various options.
Pet friendly room stunk, carpet was old and very worn. The whole room needed refreshing starting with an exterminator. I tried to search for another hotel but it was almost midnight and the free Wi-Fi didn't work for me. AVOID THIS HOTEL! However the front desk lady Evangeline was lovely.
taking son to CCU SC moving into college and needed to fax information to school and front desk rep helped me as we needed to get I there ASAP. Very Nice Staff.
Don't come with Family and kids. Also, don't ask for plastic spoons as it is to much to ask apparently.
Not only were the rooms clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who handles the breakfast room. Whatever you needed, she made for you if they were out.
