Clean and comfortable room. We loved our room. Breakfast was standard hotel fare (okay but not great). Good coffee! We have no complaints. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Nice, clean modern hotel with very nice finishing touches. The room was great but the kitchentte with the stove, dishes, microwave and medium-sized refrigerator gave us ao much added flexibility. They gym was clean, large and provided lots of exercise options especially for me as a gym fanatic. The breakfast provided lots of options and the dining area was very clean and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here and intend to come back soon. Keep up the high standards, team.

The staff were accommodating and very friendly and helpful. The whole establishment was very clean. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower and kitchen area with utensils and cookware you can use. The location is close to the falls but not right in the thick of all the hustle. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Niagara Falls.

It was a good stay/experience overall! From check-in to check out. The room had all the necessities required. The breakfast options was quite nice and well presented. Guest services, Alec, was very professional and definitely a people person. He shows pride and dedication to his job. Keep up the good work, Alec. It was a pleasure speaking with you. Con: while the bed seemed comfortable, it wasn't the best for a side sleeper.

Loved everything about this hotel, staff were amazing and very friendly, new renovated property which is nicely decorated both in the room and the property itself. Room size is amazing, very spacious, great feature is the kitchenette - it has everything you need such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and so much more, if you there for an extended stay this is great for preparing meals or if you just want to keep drinks cold lots of options. The gym is nicely quipped, has everything you need for a good workout and the pool is a good size, in both it has towels that your free to use which is a nice touch. Location is good, it’s a bit off the beaten path but still close enough to Clifton Hill and the falls by about a 5mins drive - it’s in a more industrial area right across from the white water walk and Canadian border bridge. Would 1000% recommend this hotel
