Super nice staff at lobby. Very clean and nice hotel. Grounds quiet and right by WEGO bus stop. Close by everything, but far away enough to be quiet. Close by for walking and the river.

The room was spotless and felt fresh as you opened the door. The staff too are pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in Florida in the this chain and that too was very comfortable stay, hence we chose to stay at Townplace in Niagara. It was the best decision we took.

The room and the entire hotel were really clean and the stuff was amazing. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely go again. It’s so nice that the rooms have a kitchen that is really convenient for longer stays.. We had a great time at the pool and the breakfast was really nice too..

The hotel was great! Very clean and fairly new in construction (I think). Unfortunately due to inclement weather, I had to leave early and expedia along with the staff at Towneplace worked together and were able to provide a refund for the night which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely book here again.

If your ok with being a few minutes away from most action, this hotel is awesome. I was ok with it, and it didn't disappoint. Nice quiet spot, and great hotel. Staff was excellent.
