Nye Beach Condos & Cottages

Great, clean space. Great views. The kitchen in the studio was nice and had many tools.

The condo is in a great place, easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The condo is dated and in need of a face lift. There was an oder to it that forced us to get air freshener. Great location, just tired.

Nice time in newport and great location to beach and shops. Cute condo in a coastal theme. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. Needs a little updated items but overall pretty nice for the price. Master bedroom was great lots of room and separate bathroom. Only downside was on the third floor and no elavator but pretty quiet just a pain carrying everything up and down.

We had a nice relaxing stay. We didn't hear our neighbors at all! We wanted a place that was going to be peaceful for our 26th wedding anniversary and was! The view was perfect!

Room was spacious with small kitchen, but good size fridge and stove. The best part was the view, right on the beach. Could not have asked for more. Strongly recommended.

For the unit price this place should have been in better condition. back door, was all glass/wood frame with an upper hinge lock and was not installed properly. It was shimmied in the door jam. Thankfully, there was a lock on the door knob. I did not feel secure with this back door incondo,since it was a ground floor unit. The blinds (vertical drawstring) type did not provide ANY privacy when drawn. I could see through the panels of the blinds, and through the sides where they did not fit the Windows close enough. This was very annoying because I didn't have the privacy I expected. When I arrived about 30-1hr. I smelled a terrible rotten smell coming from the kitchen sink, garbage disposal. Smelled like dead animal. I rinsed it with a lot of very hot water and used some dish soap as well. It lessened the smell for a short time, but returned. The bathtub and the toilet both had cracks in them that were eye sores even after what looked like a poor repair job. While standing in the tub to take a shower, the bottom of the plastic tub would sag under my feet when standing or moving. This felt a bit uneasy, and I wondered if it was going to giveaway. there were no luggage racks, chest of drawers to put suitcases on or clothes away for 6 days. I put bar stools in each closet and put my luggage on them.

My daughter and I spent 5 nights at a Nye Beach condo. It was right on the beach and walking distance to our art school and many other places one would need to go such as the ice cream store, great little restaurants and lots of gift stores. Although we needed a car to drive there, we certainly did not need one while there. The breeze coming in off the ocean was fabulous as well as the view and the sunset.

Pleasantly surprised at the wide ocean view, large room, comfortable bed. No big lobby or restaurant but did not need it. At first wished it had a fireplace, but would not trade our view and large, private balcony for one. Staff outstanding. Want to go back. Stayed part of visit at a larger, more expensive hotel with fireplace but that room was more cramped, view more limited. We had fun crabbing, shopping, going to great galleries, walking Nye and South Beach, exploring Historic Bay Area, and Nye Beach area. All food was wonderful but highly recommend Ocean Blue at Gino's, and Nana's Irish Pub. Ocean views from Georgie's, Shilo's, and Embarcadaro.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is really amazing. Good eats, shops and immediate beach access right out my door. I loved it. There were a couple of cleanliness issues (dirty dishes in the cabinet and a few flying bugs - gratefully not bed bugs!) Still, I think a 4/5 rating is very good and would highly recommend staying here. They are switching the property and doing more building, so I think when that is settled, things may get even better.

We loved the Nye Beach area so the location was perfect. We liked being able to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We would have appreciated bar stools or a coffee table, since we got local seafood and ate in one night. We had to stand at the kitchen counter to eat. The maid service was inconsistent and minimal. One day they still hadn't cleaned by 4:30 when we had been gone from 9 a.m. To 4:30. We asked for clean towels and did not have them clean that day. One day, we made the bed and didn't request clean towels. When we walked in everything looked the same except a waste basket was emptied and the counter looked wiped off. We leave a $10 tip daily so the maid service was a disappointment. Despite all of this, we would return because of the great location.

The Nye Beach Condos at Pacific Crest were exactly what we were looking for. Amazing view of the ocean and quick, easy access to the beach. We were able to walk to everything! Nye Beach is a great find, something for everyone. The condo itself was spotless, great kitchen, comfortable bed and extra pillow and blanket tucked in the closet. We wouldn't think twice about staying there again, it was great.

Checkin was very easy as we were able to get the key in the early afternoon. The staff during the day and at night were helpful and responsive to minor requests. The room was amazing clean and the view was gorgeous. The maintenance and cleaning crew do a great job of keeping these condos in top shape and it was one of the best places I stayed in Oregon on a multi-state multi-week trip. What a jewel. At night the beach is very WINDY and best enjoyed early morning or by mid-day.

The rooms are great! Saw pool was outside but was very surprised to see it was very warm and we were able to enjoy. Site is very close to town. The beach was a long walk down some steep stairs. O.K. for wife and I but tough for kids. Bed sat next to big window so we could watch sunset. Rooms are updated. Bad points were that the people above us were having a track meet or something. The front staff are clueless don't try to get help. Don't count on breakfast.

Nice ocean views & easy access to the amazing beach

Overall the experience was great. Fantastic views! Comfortable bed and very clean. We were there for the weekend to run in a race. The condo location was perfectly located in the Nye beach area and very walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. The only thing we had a problem with were the doors. They seem to stick, with most rooms which caused issues with loud slamming to get them open and shut.

Spendy if you don't have a special deal. Checking-in odd as these are semi-private condos. Spectacular view, easy beach access, good kitchen and comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access to shops and restaurants in Nye beach area, short drive to bay front. Loved it!

Everything was perfect. The balcony opened up to the ocean. A short walk down a set of stairs and you are on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
