I liked that this was a clean hotel, but I missed that it is a hotel either owned, but definitely operated by Japanese people. We were the only Americans I saw in the hotel. Staff, visitors, they were all Japanese. It was a clean hotel, but the breakfast was awful, but it was quiet and it was in was in a convenient location. I would recommend, but just know going in that it’s not what you may think.

Omg the staff here is excellent!! Everyone was so very nice and helpful. It’s location is perfect and it’s really clean. Perfect little hotel for a night in the city. Will definitely stay here again.

1. No dining options when asked for in room dining 2. Did not send bottle of water regularly 3. Housekeeping will keep barging in evading privacy 4. Constant pressure to checkout 5. Front desk doesn't know how to greet guests 6. Coffee cups were not cleaned after use 7. No access to roof bar all stay Over all only the quality of room was good but service and hospitality was severely lacking. For this high rate I can find better accommodations.
