Expectations not fulfilled

They didn’t fix things when we asked them to. There was loud music all night. Fine for one night but not ideal.

No pillows in the rooms and there was no hear and hot water

I didnt wxpect much sjnce i already know the area well...But there is definitely some type of shelter operation going on in that hotel. There should be no reason i should check into my room &staff is BARELY cleaning up. They do not clean the floors i dont even think they wash the sheets and they leave them on the floor yuck...

BIG MISTAKE!!!! First off the man at the desk was very rude. The pictures do not match the actual hotel. This was more like a “rent by the hour” motel. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, my room was close to the elevator and I had to listen to it go up and down all night. I think this is one of those hotels that take displaced families because there was a family with a small child who continuously made very loud noises until way into the late late night. The remote for the tv had no back on the battery part, and the battery kept falling out. There’s no place to hang your clothes or coat and the only very small closet had the ironing board and iron. Why didn’t I leave? First off, I was extremely exhausted, checked in at 8pm that night and getting another room anywhere else would be a task, also the man at the desk informed me that I would not be getting a refund if I leave. DONT TRUST THE PICTURES... TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

The front desk attendant was very rude, he didn’t greet us or make any eye contact. He seemed very unhappy with his job.

Rude staff. Room wasnt ready from last guest when we walked in. Smelly bathroom. Unsafe location

The man at the front desk was kind of rude. When I asked a question he would cut me off. Our room looked like some one just just used it. There was water all over the sick an hair all over the shower an floor in the bathroom. They also only have 2 bed in each room even though I booked my room for 1 queen size bed.

Refund Refund is what i need and want! The very first room was never clean. The second room the heater wasen"t working. At 3 am a fight broke out in the lobby. We stayed less than 50 ft from the lobby. The walls are extremly thin. What a horrible experience never again will i stay. Not even for free....

*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE *** - strong weed odor in the lobby/elevator/hallways - hotel is new but overall very dirty (Floors, walls, windows, bathroom) Honestly feels like they just never clean it since it was built - beds are not clean, stain of blood and other liquids - pube air on the towel - noisy, elevators is noisy, 4 room by level but still a constant flow of people gettin in an ou until 4am. Door and Walls of the room are not well done. Noise is passing true. - smoke detector as no battery, beeping the whole time - could not sleep, had to cancel our second night. - Staff make a photocopie of your ID and credit card and keep them in their record. This is personal information that they keep without consent. I Ask them to give back the copy when I was leaving and staff was very rude. Never gave it back and ask me to let him the copy as a gift because of their « hospitality »..

The personnel at this hotel is the worst I have ever come in contact with. It took 2 hours to get through the check-in process. Staff wasn't helpful, and rude. Reservation was made via Orbitz, and credit card was on file for them to charge for room. Instead, Hotel demanded payment on the spot during check-in? I made the reservation for my mother who just traveled for 20 hours from Europe and had overnight layover in JFK. She didn't have the credit card on her because i booked the room. Hotel wouldn't charge my card, unless I find means to print and sign the credit card authorization form at 11 pm. They had my elderly mother waiting in the lobby for 2 hours while the payment issue was being taken care of. She ended up only having couple hours of sleep before early morning flight. Customer service is non existence, and payment processing is ridiculous at this place. Waste of money. DO NOT recommend.

This was horrible the first room was dirty and the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The next room they moved me too wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. The shower current was dirty. No closet to store luggage no parking had to iron on bed room too small. Staff wasn’t friendly and barely spoke English. For the amount of money expected a bigger room

The rooms were a mess. Blood stains on linens, poop stains in the toilet, room phone wouldn’t work. I’m almost 50% sure there were bedbugs. This was not worth $211.

The parking sucks there was nowhere to park and the staff are really rude
