The hotel has recently reopened and they are rebuilding their reputation. The hotel charges $150 as a holding deposit on arrival which is refunded after check out as long as you don’t smoke in the room. The hotel is in a great location and easy to travel to different areas around New York. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Ignore any calls or emails that are not from Expedia.co.uk as there are scammers trying to con you out of money so be aware.

Easy to get to off major highways. Super friendly staff at our check-in. The room was a bit small, but was very clean! The bathroom was nicely stocked with towels, cups, tissues, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Had an iron and board and luggage rack for us as well as bottled water! The only other thing we could have used was a small refrigerator. We will definitely book here again!

Overall great service. Front desk attendants were excellent, responsive and super professional. I only ran into one issue which was the hotel had trouble getting rooms ready. This caused me to wait for nearly 2 hours from my arrival at the hotel front desk. But again, the staff was ready and able to adjust to get these rooms ready as soon as possible. Also, it was explained to me that they had a huge event that happened the day before, which had caused the delay. This made the previously mentioned issue go very smooth to its resolution and therefore felt much better about the overall experience. I would rate 8/10 for the overall hotel experience.
