Check in staff person was great. I made the reservation on Orbitz for the wrong night. Shr said no problem, changed the date, snd got me right into a room. Bathroom floor was very slippery but everything else was clean and up to date.

Last Choice

This was toward the end of a family vacation to Disney World. We had driven 12 hours & were exhausted. All we wanted was a good nights’ sleep. Our young grandchildren just wanted to swim a few minutes & go to bed. For no apparent reason they were harassed by a group of teens & preteens with little apparent adult supervision. Our family felt harassed & left around 11: (We had been there around an hour total from check-in to check out.) The manager was called by the front desk clerk b4 we checked out & said he wouldn’t be available ‘til Wednesday. This was Saturday. It has been over a week, I’ve called him 3 times & so far very little has been done on his end. Quality Inn corporate has been even less helpful. Choice Hotels will be our LAST choice in the future.

We had two rooms. In one room the microwave came on by itself and had to be unplugged to stop it. In the other room the tub was badly stained and the tv would not work. I kept getting a message to login, but every time I tried I got an error message about there not being a server. There were no USB ports anywhere in my room so I was unable to charge my devices. We got to the breakfast area at 8:30 the next morning - there were no eggs, no bacon/sausage, etc. The person in charge of breakfast said they were being cooked. It was about 10 minutes before she brought them out of the kitchen. We had already had the Saran-wrapped sausage biscuits and some cereal as we wanted to get on the road. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, this is it, but if you want some amenities look elsewhere.

Lots of hot water. Bathroom fan did not work, so mildew smell. Comfortable bed. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast offered: sausage biscuit,make your own waffle, cereals and yogurt,fruit and juices.

There was unusual confusion at check in that had us going back and forth between two hotels, with bad information given from this hotel's auditor. After finally getting checked in, we went to our rooms. Dark, gloomy place. Soft spots throughout the hallways that felt like my feet would go right through them. Terrible water pressure for the toilets: I had to hold the lever for 5 seconds every time I want to flush! Every time! The second room couldn't use the tub/shower because the water was red/brown and wouldn't clear up. Strobing lights in their bathroom gave headaches. Definitely would not stay here again, or recommend it to anybody.
