Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. Rushed in the Big Easy
This property had absolutely no flexibility with checking in and out, and the power goes in and out.. we were also accused of burning a pan, that no one used.

Shortage of kitchen supplies & hot water
Understanding that this is a newer unit, there was a shortage of basic kitchen supplies,i.e., place settings..had to wash every time we ate, mixing biwls, mixer, electric can opener, baking utensils, measuring spoons & cup, etc, also a larger than 4qt dutch oven. Also had to call management twice regarding hot water supply. Another issue was the units electronic devices were not specifically named so it took ages to find the right device identification in order to pair or log in to a network. Otherwise, the place was beautiful, clean but I recommend at least placing a swiffer and small vacuum in the unit, there were ample paper products, lighting, electrucal outlets though some required force just to plug an appliance in, , walls are rather plain and the advertising artwork we found a bit tacky. Hope these comments will help yoj make the suggested improvements. Would definitely sta there again. The offstreet parking in our own garage was an extra plus but having to get out of the car to punch in both a gate code and a garage code was a bit annoying.
