The stay was really good. Only drawback was the AC in the largest bedroom in the back did not work after 2 days. Also, the toilet in the hall had a really slow tank refill after flushing. Otherwise the space was perfect.

Great location
Close to everything including transit to get to farther attractions. The check-in was simple. You need the fob included on your keys to operate the elevator and the front door of the building. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything you might need. Washer and dryer were a bonus as well. Downsides were that the beds are getting worn and were lumpy and there was a very loud party happening in the building our first night. It was literally vibrating things off the shelves. The owner did respond quickly when I contacted him about it and said there was an 11pm quiet time. They did cut off the super loud music at that time, but the noise was still loud. I really loved the architecture of the building and apartment, and may stay here again. Especially if I had something to attend at the Smoothie King, Champions Square, or the Superdome. Some GREAT restaurants very close.

The property location and space was excellent as well as the communication with the property manager. A couple of things happened that took it down a little bit.There was a reunion party on one of the nights on the floor above us that had a DJ and music pounding until 11p. It was so loud that it was distracting for us in the loft below them. The last night there was water coming in through the roof in the kitchen from above us as well.

New Orleans Weekend
We arrived on Saturday afternoon and stayed through Monday. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, and this apartment had a secure entrance and on site parking. We loved the local pizza restaurant, Pizza Luna, and the nearby grocery market. Overall we had an amazing time! We would definitely rent this apartment again!!!

There a leak from the ceiling overnight but they sent someone right over the next morning and cleaned it up.Ths ac unit froze and I guess when they turned the air rdown remotely it unthawed and leaked.Overall it was a nice stay and the lady that came was very friendly and gave us tips on good restaurants and things to do

The property has a lot of space, we weren't expecting that much room. It is a good 25 minutes walk to downtown French Quarter which we liked because we didn't need to take the car. It had some nice add-ons that were weren't expecting.
The property was not fully cleaned when we got there. I had to clean the fridge and some of the dishes and pans before using them. The wifi doesn't work very well either unless you are in the kitchen and affected the tv in the living room a bit.
The owner is very quick to respond and overall, we appreciated our stay there.
We stayed here to be close to downtown so we could celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Great secure location with parking and easy access to unit. The unit had everything you needed in it and views of downtown. We would definitely come back! The host was very easy to to contact and quick to respond.

Overall it was great. Just a few little things. The front bathroom tub drain- drains slow. The vent in the kitchen was leaking water all on the floor. The people staying around us were very loud, sounded like they were in the other room. The back room in new batteries in remote, tv wouldn’t turn on. We had to turn on manually.

The place was very well maintained.very nice and properly stocked. The only issue was the hot water was minimum in the shower. We had to contniue to turn the hande. But that wouldnt stop us from coming back though. We really enjoyed the location. Very safe and comfortable plce.
