The hotel was great overall. I really appreciated that parking was included, and check-in was very quick and easy. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We requested a pack n play for our baby and it was provided very quickly, which we really appreciated. The location was also perfect and very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect hotel to tour New Orleans! The street car was right out front and easy to use. The hotel had ice and water filter was conveniently located on our floor. The staff was attentive and kind. They provided snacks, maps, sunscreen and smiles anytime we were in the lobby. The parking was in a garage located on the property and felt very safe! The room was large, clean, and had comfy beds.
