Bywater has a way of pulling you in - the smell of coffee drifting from a corner shop, live music bleeding through an open door, the easy rhythm of a neighborhood that takes creativity seriously. This third-floor condo drops you right into that world, with a curated interior that feels like it was made for someone who actually cares about where they stay.

Living space
Abundant natural light moves through the open living area, where mid-century furnishings and locally sourced artwork set the tone. A striking New Orleans map mural anchors the space, giving it a sense of identity that goes beyond generic rental décor. Settle into the sofa, stream something on TV, or plug into the dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi - the room handles both rest and remote work equally well. Room-darkening shades let you sleep in when the city keeps you out late.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are fitted with king beds and quality linens, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Two full bathrooms mean no queuing in the mornings - a detail that matters more than people expect when traveling as a group or couple.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen comes ready for real cooking: stainless appliances, a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses. Prep a full meal or keep it simple with a morning coffee before heading out. When the weather cooperates, take it to the private balcony with outdoor furniture and outdoor dining area for a breath of open air above the neighborhood.

Outdoor & building amenities
Step outside the unit and the building delivers: a courtyard pool, BBQ grill with outdoor dining area, onsite gym with exercise equipment, elevator access, and free gated parking on premises. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival effortless, and the single-level layout of the home keeps things easy throughout your stay.

Bathroom
Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - so you can pack light and still feel looked after. A bathtub is available in addition to the shower.

Location
Crescent Park is just steps away, offering one of the best riverside walks in the city. Bywater's dining scene is on your doorstep - Bacchanal Wine and The Joint are neighborhood staples worth knowing. Coffee shops and art studios fill out the blocks around you. The French Quarter sits less than two miles away, close enough for an easy evening stroll through some of the most recognizable streets in New Orleans.

We are a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the bus line to the French Quarter and Downtown! Uber/Lyft ranges from $7-10 to Bourbon St!
