Everything is good. The only suggestion is to clean the ceiling fan, The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi to come at 2:30 AM, and a security person patrolling parking lot even at that hour. It made us feel safe. It is a min or two walking distance to street car, very convenient. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in a brilliant location especially during the uptown parades of Mardi Gras, walking distance to everything. It isn't fancy but the rooms are clean and comfortable. It can be briefly loud in the evening but it settles down quickly. The breakfast was basic, but it was useful to have something ready to go at 7am and not have to walk fifteen minutes somewhere else.

I love the small inner courtyard area with seating, and the room with loft double bed was great for families. Considering the low price it exceeded my expectations. Staff was extremely friendly

We liked our stay in this hotel. We wanted to be close to the French Quarter area but also just a bit away from all the hustle and bustle and this was just the perfect distance. It is very close to the St Charles Streetcar that took us easily to the French Quarter and other surrounding areas.

Clean. Good location. It is in new orleans Louisiana

The receptionist was pleasant, but the property is extremely noisy and the breakfast was a non breakfast Coffee was good. No worries go password was given. Towels are thin and need replacing. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Great location in south Garden District for shopping, walking to restaurants, close to WWII museum, free off of street parking and one block from trolly route. Private courtyard for when you want to escape the city.

The charm of the historic property is what attracted us to stay here. The rooms were nice & clean & the staff were all very friendly & helpful. My only issue was that there is no elevator. Not a big deal, but I don't have the best knees, so I had to take the stairs slowly.

The property is very unique. The two level set up was quirky; enjoyable for the first night until it was time to get down them to use the restroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The free parking is a HUGE plus and the hotel is a short UBER or LYFT ride to French Quarter. The room was very musty and remained smelling that way during our stay (we were there for 3 nights). The carpet is NASTY. Let me just say, we walked barefoot and the carpet made our feet filthy. So gross. The shower had black mold in the corners. But the water pressure was awesome and the water temp spot on. The one and only time I went to eat, I poured myself some Raisin Bran from the container, poured milk and then saw the floating beetles in the bowl. I had actually spooned myself some cereal that I promptly spit back into the bowl. I appreciated the cost. But next time, I will spend the money for a cleaner place to stay.

The room was small but nice. Handy location. Neighborhood was a little sketchy

Small room but nice and clean. Don't stay downstairs. The floor above our head kept us awake all night, the floor creak's really bad when people walk across it.

Great location, pleasant and friendly staff. Breakfast offerings could be better.

It wasn't until check in that we learned that they did not accept the park and cruise that was found on the site. The person at the front desk was rude and unable to assist. Gave me the number of the manager, who was not available. We were leaving on our cruise the next day and were stuck with what to do with our vehicle. If we stayed there it would be towed and the only thing that they offered was to cancel the reservation and rebook through them for more money. We were able to find another hotel and we left. The room was cute, however, it was old and musty smelling. Would not recommend this hotel.

Wish there was some better breakfast, which is not necessarily expensive!
