Birthday in nashville

We loved everything about the house but we just needed a little closer to Broadway. We thought it was closer to walk but def can’t walk it. But other than that.. house was very nice.

21st Birthday celebration

This place was perfect for our crew celebrating a 21st birthday. Clean and very spacious, accommodated many sleeping arrangements. Would definitely go back to this place and highly recommend!

Everything went really really well I think having more paper towels and napkins would be helpful along with the white trash bags for the kitchen and you do need a pizza cutter.

Awesome Place! Will stay again!

We had a great time at this townhome. In our party was 4 adults (18+) and 2 teenagers (16 & 17). The number of bedrooms were perfect as the adults had their own rooms and the teens shared a room (bunk beds). In most VRBO's, they have just enough towels which require you to wash towels multiple times; however, I was really appreciative of the extra towels in each bathroom and the complimentary toiletry items. While we did not use the kitchen, it was stocked, and the stove had several cooking options and a large refrigerator. The number of bathrooms (4) is perfect as it allowed everyone to take their time in getting ready. The roof top is the awesome part of this townhome which included seating and cushions for the chairs. The garage was very helpful and really loved the large washer and dryer which we only had to use once. It is evident the owners of this home wanted luxury and luxury is what we got! The location was within a 5-7 minute drive and eating was even closer. This neighborhood has its own vibe (the main street) and is definitely one that is on my list for a future visit. We thought we had left something at the property and when communicating with the owner (s) they were very responsive and helpful; therefore, I appreciate the professionalism.

Fun . Great View. Great set up.

This is a great place. Was a great view of Downtown, but took a little longer to get downtown than we thought. but all in all an amazing stay.
