Upon checking in, the staff asked if I had a vehicle, I said yes and she proceeded to hand me a pass and says to just place this on my dash. There is nowhere to park except their garage. She asked me for a card for "incidentals" ok. I get that. They pulled $100 from my acct immediately. Got home today and find a parking fee deducted from my account. $88 for 2 days. It would have been nice if the staff told me this when she asked for my card, or when she asked if I had a vehicle. Overrated and overcharged. Ridiculous
The property was clean but the lady was rude when she checked me in. I got there around 6pm and i was in a hurry for my tour at 6:30 but no ones there. There was a note on top of the desk to call a number. I called her and she said shes on her way after 5 min i called her again and she came with unhappy face. She didn’t even greet or said anything aside from asking for id and card. I am a traveller and stayed in different hotels but that was the first worst encountered i had on Christmas eve. After a long cancelled/delayed flights i had to experience that to check in to hotel thAt night.
The pool is super small, it was filthy. Bar area was super small. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms.
Good location, 30 dollars a day for guest parking is outrageous, not cleaning a room for three daus is unacceptable, really could use a cafe.
Location was close to everything we wanted to see. Very clean and new looking
The staff was awesome and helpful, I even saw the man that was behind the desk that helped me and my friends at the grocery store and he called out to us to say hi, it was just really cool.
It was farther from Broadway St than we realized. It was walkable but tough in the 90 degree heat. Next visit we’ll stay closer to downtown.
I would stay here again.
