I just attended a class reunion at this hotel. Everything went great. The meeting planners were wonderful. Once we arrived at the hotel the event was awesome. Great food, wonderful staff, clean, modern etc. The rooms were comfortable and up to date i totally recommend this hotel.

This was a nice updated Marriott. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the spacious, welcoming lobby and front desk staff. They have a outdoor patio area with plenty of seating in a relaxing setting. Our room had a large window with a nice view. Refrigerator & microwave are also a added bonus. The restaurant has a nice menu with good food BUT the service is slow and forgetful..Hopefully that will improve because everything else is top notch! There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area-gorgeous safe area!!!

My daughter and I stayed two while she competed in a swim meet, it was very clean, comfortable and beautiful area around hotel and cute restaurants in walking distance. I wish it was not so much to add breakfast but it was good food. It was a nice atmosphere and nice pool and gym room facilities. Definitely staying again if in the area.

I stayed at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs for business travel; this is important to understand because it cost me nothing. The room was nice and clean; customer service efficient and friendly. The food at the convention center was marvelous! However. I was shocked that the Marriott charges for room wifi. I have walked the streets of Italy and sunned on Caribbean beaches, all with free access to wifi. The only other negative was 'door-noise.' I had an excellent location at the end of the hall; therefore, I was surprised when the sound of doors opening/closing woke me three different times during the night. (I just stayed in another hotel in Washington, D.C. where there was NO 'door noise' at all; I know it can be quiet). Again, if your business is picking up the tab and places you here, so be it. It's by no means a bad hotel or a negative experience overall. When I spend my own hard-earned dollars for pleasure travel, it will not be at a Marriott based on my stay here.

I travel to Nashville a couple of times a month to visit a company located in Franklin. I generally alternate between staying at this Marriott (in Franklin) and staying in downtown Nashville and driving out daily. The Good: Their king beds are comfortable, good television station selection (some hotels in the South will only subscribe to conservative outlets, so nice to see MSNBC), decent food, conveniently located right by the highway. The Bad: Slow service, which I generally just deal with. This morning, my breakfast was running late and I called the front desk for information as I had a critical meeting to attend first thing in the morning that I couldn't be late for. I was repeatedly given incorrect/misleading information about when my food had departed / would arrive / how late it was running. I was finally pushed off to another front desk specialist (you cannot call room service directly), who was very snippy with me, wanting to know "what can I do at this point." Well acknowledging that I had been repeatedly lied to and so was therefore, supremely frustrated, would have been a good place to start. I have to seriously consider whether I will be booking this hotel again after this experience. I will post a new review when/if I do so and when/if this experience is addressed by management.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are a little smaller than other Marriotts I have stayed but this hotel has more modern decor. The queen beds felt small and I am use to a queen bed at home. There is plenty of places to place items in the room and bathroom but not much room for more than one person to sit and eat. The "couch" in the room is okay but not really practical for sitting on and watching tv.

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was quite friendly. The location of the hotel is great. Easy to access from the interstate yet quiet. Lots of shopping and dining option nearby. I believe there is a shuttle service to nearby places as well, but I didn't use it, so I can't provide much additional info on that. The food at the hotel itself that we were served during the conference was just ok, but again, the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here three nights during CMS fest to stay out of the huge crowds in Nashville. The room was nice and the service was very good. Highly recommend. Right by I65 and near restaurants, both a plus. Reasonably priced.

I attended a three day conference here and was extremely impressed. This was during a busy tourist time in Nashville and there was enough staffing that there were no waits for service of any kind. I was able to check in early thanks to the helpful front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A really amazing amount of storage space. I loved the outdoor area-wonderful seating. The food served at the conferences was some of the best I have had at a conference. The staff was always available and helpful. The location is convenient to the interstate and the Cool Springs area. I will stay here again when in the area.

Easy to access I-65 both North and South. Convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Great neighborhood. Front desk was friendly and helpful. When I tried to check in early they kindly took my number and said they would call me when a room was ready. Room was fine, relatively clean (not spotless) but I'm picky. I appreciated that the room did have a safe. Good space to work with mobile desk. I liked that the windows had blind and not just curtains. Room darkening curtains did the trick no light came through where they met. Night lights were built into the headboards - nice feature. Maid service was fair. Didn't really clean just removed old towels and dishes but again maybe I expect too much. Conference area was ok nothing special. Food was nothing spectacular. Not much variety in food selections. Don't expect to drink any coffee or tea after breakfast or lunch. It is quickly removed once everyone is sitting and eating. It would have been nice to at least have coffee option for about 30 minutes after breakfast service. I suppose they expected you to visit the "Starbucks" coffee served at their bar. It was a decent hotel just wasn't up to par with the last Marriott I had stayed in when last visiting Nashville. Airport Marriott. Plan to go get food not many options for delivery but like I said easily accessible for area shops. Easy to get to Brentwood as well.
