Cute, clean little house, great East Nashville location close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to downtown. Loved the coffee bar. We were out and about both days there so didn’t use the kitchen much, but it’s got everything you need. The beds were comfy, but really tall—a consideration for anyone with small children or mobility issues. Would definitely stay again!

Small older home. Nicely updated. Corey was a responsive helpful host. Convenient location. We spent 4 days. These are honest observations. Don’t expect to use the couch. It’s most uncomfortable as are the chairs. Bring your own soap if you plan to shower. There was an old blood stain on a pillow case. No ice maker and only one ice tray. Beds too tall. No instructions for the coffee maker. Couldn’t use it. Reading light in bedroom too low. Seems it would be difficult for four people.

Corey Was a premier host. The cottage was perfect for our stay, the little touches he thought of for water and snacks, to local recommendations was an additional perk but the house was in a great neighborhood, close proximity to downtown Nashville and the grand ole Opry. My friend and I enjoyed the homey and relaxed space and would book again.

Convenient to lots of things.My husband described it as "adorable" and he has NEVER used that term on anything before. Future guests, please note that its not a place to snuggle on a couch to watch tv. You'd have to do that in bedroom. Couch in LR is quite hard. Not certain that it's meant for movie watching. If you read in bed, youll need your booklight as there is not a lamp on bedside tables.Beautiful FRONT DOOR!!.Comfortable mattress although the beds are relatively high off the ground.

This little place is exactly what we needed. Close to downtown, easy access to beautiful mountain roads to take the Harley out on, clean, comfy and checked off some interesting boxes I needed. We traveled with a motorcycle on a trailer. It had ample space to unmount and store both easily on the driveway and thats not an easy find. When we come back, I hope this is available.

Summer Fun Getaway

My friend and I took a long weekend for some Nashville fun and we absolutely LOVED the Cozy Cottage! Super cute decor, comfortable beds, great location, great communication with the host, and just perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay again…already looking forward to our next trip!

Adorable Place

What a cute place! My short legs could have used a stool to get in the extremely comfortable bed! I would stay at this adorable place again!!
In love with this door!!
Each room had a mock fireplace. Soooo cute.
I need a step stool. I have short legs! Lol
