The home was clean, felt safe, and is located in a cool area of Nashville, with a nice dog park just a few blocks away. Communication with the host was generally prompt, but a few issues arose during our stay. A smoke detector was beeping, and we were asked to turn it off and on and test it, with the option of someone being sent out if the issue continued; we were later asked to replace the battery ourselves without being advised if or where replacement batteries were available. The backyard bistro lights also required trial and error after incorrect instructions, and less than half of the lights were functioning. Most importantly, prior to booking, the host specifically told us the yard was fully fenced, which was a primary reason we chose this property. Upon arrival, the yard was not fenced, which was particularly disappointing and did impact our stay. Overall a very cute and comfortable stay for a family of 3.
