Everything was great about the facility. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It was not very good.
The customer service was good. The room doors were dirty, not dirt dirty but they are so old they have chopped paint and marks all over. Rug did not seem clean. Screens were damaged and just had scotch tape on them. For the amount they were charging, they need to invest in property.

Location Is great, walkable to a couple restaurants, easy on and off the highway. Main areas of the hotel were nice. There is a grocery store nearby which we didn’t discover until our last night there, so just got a few snacks. Our group had 3 rooms. Carpets were worn and stained. A couple of the towels were stained.
Nice lean up to date bright hotel with comfortable clean safe rooms just a short few steps from mystic village and a short drive from mystic seaport and it’s fantastic dining. Well worth the price and a convenient pleasant stay
The gentleman working front desk was amazing. The female clearly didnt want to be there and not as personable. Shower curtain in room was broken and just tied together to stay up. Tv kept having issues finding signal. Pool was small compaired to pictures but location was our main focus!

We were in town for a kids baseball tournament -unfortunately it rained and all games were cancelled which left us to sit in the lobby often as a group. The staff was rude-Even yelled at 11 year old boys for playing wiffle ball on a grass lawn behind the hotel next to an empty parking lot with no one else even nearby. Woke up day three to signs on every table in lobby saying due to COVID no sitting in lobby was permitted, despite not having that policy the first three days of our stay, and after state restrictions had been lifted across the board
