Everything was wonderful, but Sunday night we got evacuated for burst pipes in the hotel. I believe the front lobby clerk said we would be refunded for that. I would definitely stay there again after they make the repairs

The hotel was clean and quiet. Very convenient to downtown Mystic and a fraction of the cost. USB and outlet by bed in terrible condition. Couldn’t use either. Asked the front desk and they gave us a key to move to a new room which was a nice offer. Outlets in same condition and unusable. The front desk they said they had some in order to replace but haven’t come in. We purchased a power strip which solved the problem.
