Perfect spot to stay in mystic

The hotel is within walking distance of the downtown and museum, which we found very convenient. I booked this at the last minute and paid an exorbitant rate for the room - $600. All in all, the room was clean, bed was very comfortable, however the bathroom was very small. The street noise was somewhat noticeable in the evening.

Liked the decor and the location . Didn’t like high price and uncomfortable bed in a very tiny room 3 stories up with no elevator.

Great property right in the middle of downtown Mystic

The place was clean but was nothing more than a hotel room. There was no refrigerator and not much space in the bathroom, but my main issue was the price…it was about 125$ a night too much!

Didn’t like the closeness to the road because of the traffic noise.

Right downtown, easy walking distance to everything. Room was on the small side but it was the cheapest room so i guess you get what you pay for

New, clean, center of town. Charming. Well attended by staff. A 10!

Beautiful inn, very clean and very pleasant staff!

Beautiful property and great location. The room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and very easy to check in and out.

Well kept property, clean and beautifully maintained ground with hanging flowers all around, staff are helpful and diligent, they are on top of everything. Great email communication, overall feels very welcomed

Like visiting family. Hospitable, clean, kind. Highly recommended!

Beautiful inn in the small village of Mystic and completely walkable to shops, restaurants, and attractions. View of the river, delicious afternoon chocolate chip cookies, and had a lovely room with a fireplace. I mentioned to the staff that two armchairs to sit by the fire would be nice. We also were concerned that the bathtub/shower was a little slippery with not much to hold onto for support. Staff was attentive in answering questions, making dinner reservations, and trying to help when the bathtub would not hold water due to an issue with the drain piece. We had to walk upstairs to our room, but that was not a problem for us. You also have to walk outside to get to the location for the continental breakfast which was just okay.

Greetings Ross,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to see you enjoyed our perfect location directly in downtown Mystic. We strongly recommend calling our friendly front desk agents, who are available 24/7 to assist in guiding guests towards the best possible room type to suit their needs. We offer many other guestrooms away from Main Street that feature a larger bathroom, shower, and vanity area. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime, and we hope to host you again in the future!Thank you,Madeline BaldwinGuest Relations Manager

Good Evening Dorothea, We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We are so glad that you enjoyed our decor and perfect location in downtown Mystic, however, we apologize that you were not satisfied with the room type that you had booked. We do offer many other room types that are bigger and on a lower floor than the Cozy Queen guest room you chose online. Our agents are available 24/7 to help guide you towards the best possible room type to suit your needs and would be more than happy to describe each room and building in detail. We hope that we can host you again in the future and provide you with a much more relaxing and accommodating experience. Thank you, Madeline Baldwin Guest Relations Manager

Good Afternoon John, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your stay here at The Whaler's Inn did not meet your expectations. Our front desk staff is available 24/7 to be able to assist guests with any requests or issues they may have. Most of our guest rooms feature a small fridge, and for the few that don't, we would be more than happy to deliver one upon request. Our agents are great at helping guide our guests towards the specific room type that would best suit their needs. We offer many other guest rooms that would feature a larger bathroom than the Noank House rooms. Our Hoxie House Deluxe guest room offers a larger bathroom with an air-jet soaking tub, a rain shower, and a bedroom with a gas fireplace, a small fridge, and a view of the Mystic River. We truly hope to host you again in the future and provide you with a much more enjoyable and accommodating experience. Thank you, Madeline Baldwin Guest Relations Manager

Good Morning Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are happy to see that overall you enjoyed your stay here at The Whaler's Inn. Might we suggest in the future booking a room in either the Stonington or Hoxie House. These guest rooms are not located on Main Street and are a bit quieter concerning traffic noise. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next trip to Mystic. Thank you, Chelsea Reynolds Guest Relations Manager
