Cool boutique hotel. My only complaint was the Saturday night noise below my daughters room, coming from the downstairs bar, the Boombox.

This hotel is really nice and the stuff is friendly. It is very peaceful room and I really like the decoration and atmosphere of the hotel. I will definitely return there.

Good location but unfortunately the restaurant and bar weren’t open on the days we visited. Also, no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The billing was sketchy with an amenity fee of $35 charged each day. Later asked why and they said it was for use of kayaks, bikes etc but we were never told!!! Fee was also to cover parking but we had no car with us!!

Another gem of a B&B in Newport! Loved our room. Breakfast was excellent, although travelers should note that it's served more like a buffet, instead of personal service. Great decor throughout. Very nice sitting room. Spacious and private outdoor patio. Convenient to everyting in Newport. Our only gripe: super low water pressure, and the toilet took like 10 minutes to refill in between flushes. But let's face it - these are old gracious homes, and some of that comes with the vintage age! Would definitely go back here!

The Attwater is a lovely inn in a great location just off Bellevue Avenue in Newport. It is an excellent value.

I loved everything about the property, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness. Just one small thing was one (not ALL) just one front desk person had no idea about anything regarding prices for the nights or how to extend reservations. Other than that, it was a fantastic vacation. We traveled with our 4 month daughter and I have to say this place was very family friendly.
