I was extremely pleased with the quality of the bedding in my room. Clean and quiet room with free wifi throughout the property. Location is very convenient to area attractions. Great value for price paid.

Good location for seeing sights in Mystic. Don't get a room next to the ice machine. Comp breakfast was more than enough for a big eater.

Too noisy! Room showed significant ware and tear. Staff was pleasant.

Stayed for 2 nights to go to the Mystic Aquarium with the grandkids. Although when we signed up for the hotel with a microwave and fridge, there were none when we got there. I asked the clerk who said they were really near capacity but he would try to get them. This was at 4, come 8 nothing so I asked again, they had none but absolutely promised that they would have them in there tomorrow-right-not a sign. Maintenance staff seemed busy as there was floods in some of the rooms. The pool was quite small. The TV remote broke, but they did come and fix it, then it stopped working again and we gave up. Not very clean but they were busy and apparently understaffed. I would say avoid it at all costs.

I booked this hotel for a trip to Foxwoods and I was impressed with what I got for the price. They have a decent continental breakfast with both hot and cold food choices (waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, bacon). The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay again.

Stay was okay. Could have been better because one day beds were not make and clean towel were not brought to the room. When complained at front desk was told someone would come and make beds, three hours latter still not make. Front desk clerks were very nice and friendly.

We stopped for a night in Mystic, Connecticut for a trip to Mystic Pizza and found this motel to be quiet, clean and comfortable.

My husband and I love Mystic and visit often. Comfort Inn is VERY close to Mystic Village and the amazing restaurants we love like Steak Loft and Go Fish. Also nearby is Mystic Pizza, made famous by the movie of the same name starring Julia Roberts. We went to Mohegan Sun Casino which was about 20 mins away for dinner and it was nice not to have a long ride home afterwards! Both the hubby and I have issues with our backs and have a hard time finding a hotel where we can sleep comfortably. Our room had a very comfortable bed and I loved that they offered both soft and firm pillows. (The pillows, by the way, are AWESOME and I wished I could've taken them home!). There is a very small workout room that we didn't use but wandered past on our way to breakfast. Breakfast was decent...bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit and waffles. Also coffee (too strong for me but hubby liked it) and juices were available. One bummer was the toaster was not working so I couldn't have an English muffin but all in all it was a decent spread considering it was complementary. While there were other hotels a bit closer to Mystic Village (though not by much), we would likely stay at the Comfort Inn again if we decided to stay overnight again.

We spent one night at the Mystic Comfort Inn, this was the first time we chose a non-smoking room that actually didn't smell like cigarettes. The hotel is away from the main road so you don't hear the traffic zooming all night. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. I would stay again.

The staff is very helpful. It's a very basic hotel which is fine for us because we are at the Beach and out running around most of the time. Rooms clean, air quality good. We keep coming back! Ideal location. They have an outdoor swimming pool, great for children; pool closed at night.

The hotel was average and overpriced in my experience. Bathroom was old but clean. Bed was comfortable.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Close to the casinos and close to all the other attractions.

Horrible hotel --- wet and moldy with fans on the second floor to get rid of the damp. Registration staff was not too bright. Won't stay there again.

Somehow my non-smoking room got booked as a smoking with a "special request" for non-smoking if available. The front desk was reluctant to help correct this at first but did eventually. They kept saying they could not do anything because it was booked online through a third party. They also gave me this excuse when they wouldn't provide me receipt at chec out. Still waiting for one to be e-mailed. The facility and grounds seem run down although the rooms were OK. The remote was missing and we were told the previous occupants would be charged for it (?!?!). Cleaning of easy to reach places was decent. The pool is ok too and the free breakfast was average. We paid a premium because it was peak season. If the room was half the price I think the value would be appropriate. However the booking and checkout issues were not acceptable.

Very easy and quick checkin & out. Room was clean and roomy. Some things could use a touch of new paint but overall very nice. Bed was Amazing!!! So Comfortable! They offer the soft AND firm pillows like all the Comfort Inn chain hotels do, which is a plus! Never a short of pillows! Pool area was nice, although didnt have time use it. Dipped my feet in and it was cold but still early in the summer yet. Breakfast in the morning looked good but it was VERY busy at 8:30am and they close it at 9am which I thought was a bit early. So didnt get to eat because we had to head out. Ate at the diner right down the street which was very good!

This was a very great find for a hotel very close to Mystic seaport and the shopping center. The only flaw was that the hot water in the shower did not work. Staff was very nice, free breakfast and wifi.

Very friendly, bicycles for rent, easy to find. The staff was very accommodating.

This was a really great hotel. Only drawback was it had to end. I wish they had sleep number mattresses like we have at home. Everything else was great.

Good price for the area. Parking easy. Had three rooms for various reasons which was crazy but hotel is not new so things go wrong. Okay forrice

Very close to downtown Mystic, about 15 minutes from Foxwoods. Nothing special but if you need a cheap place to stay this is it
