A wonderful family vacation awaits you in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 12th floor oceanfront condominium. The Southwind is located in a quiet residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby.

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

This exceptional decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and amazing ocean views.

Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

The beach is beautiful. The location is perfect. We spent a lot of time at broadway at the beach. My only complaint would be the early 9:30am checkout.

Great setup, wonderful stay

We take a beach vacation every year, and this was by far the best setup we have had. Spacious and well set up for our family of 7. The access to the beach and the pool were so well designed. The pool was in the shade of the building by the afternoon, so after a long warm day at the sun down at the beach, you could stop by the cool shaded pool on the way back to the room. The property is very well maintained, and not super busy or overloaded even on a holiday weekend. It was great and we will definitely be returning to this property again.

Great place...expect to buy supplies

This is a great place and location. The view is stunning. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the lack of basic supplies at the VRBO. I know the description says to bring everything, but I was hoping for a coffee pod or extra garbage bag or a dishwasher pod. We went to Circle K on Christmas and bought garbage bags, kleenex, toilet paper, coffee and laundry pods, and paper towel. I don't mind doing this, but If the VRBO would just leave supplies it would have been nicer. Also, the 9:30 checkout was the earliest I have ever had to be out of a place. Overall, it was good, but for an extra few bucks the VRBO could have been perfect.

We decided to try out Myrtle Beach SC for the first time since we have never been there before! The condo we stayed in was beautiful and very clean! It was right on the beach with a nice balcony to sit on and admire the beach and ocean. Towels and linens provided! Washer and dryer were great to be able to use throughout the week. Many restaurants to eat at and kid friendly things to do. Pool and hot tub with easy access and clean. Would definitely recommend! We flew into MB airport and had a rental car for the week to use which was great! 4 adults and 2 children fit comfortably with more than enough space for everyone.

My family and I loved the stay great location, clean, and beautiful view. My only suggestion would be to bring your own towels to swim and toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and this is definitely our favorite spot to stay in Myrtle Beach from now on

Perfect Myrtle beach rental

We had a wonderful stay at our rental! Very clean, wonderful location close to lots of restaurants and shopping!! Wish a few more amenities were provided since we flew in (beach towels, toys, etc) but we still made the best of it and had a blast! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful condo right on the ocean

Beautiful condo right in the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and everything you need to make meals. The balcony has the most amazing view of the sunrise. Check in was very easy and location was close enough to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed going to Popstroke and Broadway on the Beach. Would not recommend going to downtown area. My husband and friend golfed a few times and the courses were not far from the unit. We loved Myrtle Beach!

Absolutely amazing!!

Southwind 1204 is amazing!! It was updated with THE BEST finishes and furnishings!! We especially loved the sectional sofa in the living room - enough seating for everyone in front of the TV. The beds were very nice and weren't tired and soft, just right!! And the kitchen was equipped with a Keurig!! The check-in procedure was great too and the coded door made it so easy, not having to keep up with a key while on the beach or at the pool was a definite plus. We love Southwind and always stay here but this was the BEST stay ever in terms of accommodations. We give this unit 5 stars!!
