Great kitchen area for socializing. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Sands Beach Club (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a LOW floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has 1 queen bed, 1 Twin and 1 bunk bed(with 2 twins) and can sleep up to 5. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with hot tubs! There is also a private gym and tennis court! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!


IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
