Charging for utensils or damn placing a hold on your car to use their kitchen utensils when they should already be in the room if there’s a kitchen, I feel like the housekeeping should do a little bit better with cleaning because our floors were filthy and people that had been in the room before us had left trash and someone left a pair of shoes. It was just dirty. I mean other than that everything was fine, but I feel like housekeeping should do a little bit better with their cleaning and as far as like having the stuff that you need in the room, I think that could be a little bit better too as far as like kitchen wise

I think they may have been short staffed. Front desk was abandoned for 20 minutes after i arrived and there was lobby full of guests waiting so waited over an hour to checkin. Several rooms weren't ready yet past the 4pm checkin. We got on floor smelling fabulosa from cleaning crew but when we walked in room was hit in face with mildew. I reported to manager who said he would check personally but he never did. I asked cleaning staff on our floor if they had a lysol spray but no only fragrance.. so just opened doors and aired out and dealt with.

Although ratings aren’t too good.Front office staff was nice. Lobby could be cleaner & also could the pool area & elevators. Hotel does need a few renovations. We had east access to the beach. My friends and I stay was great. Our hotel room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there for the 3 nights we book. Especially it being 4th of July weekend ! The area around was calm & beach was crowded but not overly crowded like other places were

For starters I asked for towels and wash cloths twice and never received them, I had to go buy my own, I asked for a trash can for the bathroom and never got one, when I opened my room door all I see is a a big trash can with a overflow of trash all over the place, the parking area leading to the pool was full of trash, the elevator to back to the room had no button and using the room key never worked, it was also nasty in that area, there is a loose plank leading down to the beach that I almost tripped over, the pool handle leading into the pool was also loose, on the room balcony there is space between the rail and the wall, the kitchen had no pots or pans, no utensils I don’t know they even have a kitchen, the baking sheet had been used and put back in the oven, in the commons area there was the housekeepers cart where everyone could see them, having to park on the other side of the street is a huge inconvenience especially when carrying groceries. We left a day early and will never return, the hotel needs to be shut down until it can be remodeled. The ladies who work the front desk were polite and attentive but they never checked to make sure we got the towels and wash cloths I requested

Property seemed pretty warn and could use many updates. Our refrigerator did not work, the freezer however kept things cool, but not frozen. TV did not work, something wrong with satelite signal. 2 of 3 lamps did not work. Could take elevator down to pool level, but button from pool level was broken to go back up. Along with many cosmetic repairs that are needed. Also the "comforter" on the bed was as thin as a sheet. Staff was friendly though.

Didn’t have a chance to stay because they called me at 5:15pm, while on the way with my husband, mom, 4 and 1 year old, to tell me that they sold my room and were booked for the weekend so we don’t have anywhere to stay with them. I booked MONTHS in advance. Reserve now pay later, I did not miss check in. They charged my card without my consent or me being present at the property and then sold my room to get a higher price for 4th of July weekend. Poor communication, shady business practices, and no apology given at all. They were less than helpful and pretty much told us to “figure it out.” Terrible experience and will never try to stay with them again.

Laundry facilities not in your room, hook ups were available though. Kitchen was not stocked with anything. So, if you stay bring everything you need to cook for the week. Luckily we brought our crockpot so that helped. Bring plates, bowls, utensils and cleaning supplies. There is also no broom to sweep the sand that gets tracked in. No maid service during the week even when it states they do once during the week. Bring a comforter or extra throw blankets. The "comforter" is just a very thin blanket. You basically get what you pay for here. The front desk crew was great though.

Hotel is old and run down the beds were very uncomfortable. It had a horrible dip in the mattress. I woke up with sore hips and a sore back. They charge $40 to use their kitchen utensils the garbage in the hallway overflowed and was never emptied during our whole three day stay it’s noisy no activities. The hot tub was colder than the actual pool. They have a lazy river with no tubes to go around the lazy river. The pool was not cleaned during my three day stay it was full of sand bugs and all kinds of debris. They had a spray-painted sign of the hotel.

Very dirty unprofessional front desk, people extra fees they don’t tell you about poor communication upfront elevators don’t work. Pools are disgusting. Trash everywhere crack pipe in window seal. Never again I do not recommend the manager even went off on my minor daughter

We made the best out of it, there were roaches everywhere, rooms weren’t clean all the way(that was after we waited 2 hours past our arrival time. We had water dumped on us from housekeeping and our whole balcony and our belongings were soaked. Most of the appliances didn’t work
