Spring Break

It was a short stay but very nice and accommodating. Comfy beds, plenty of dishes, cooking supplies and even a spice rack. We brought our own wash detergent and fabric softener Just to open up the cabinets and see it's already there for us

Amazing getaway

Location and size were great!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again. It was beautifully decorated, the furniture was well suited to the place, and the owner seems to care well for it. The attention to detail is fair- there are items for the beach, games in case of rain, and kitchen necessities are thoughtful. We were disappointed that the “master” bedroom ceiling had mold. And the bathroom sink in there didn’t have hand soap, only about 1/10th of a bottle and it was watered down. The other bathroom sink dripped. Only other complaint is that the elevators are soooo slow. You will wait a long time for one. Not the condo owners fault though!! It was still somewhere I would stay again. The balcony was the show stopper- I spent most of my condo time there. Great view there and the furniture is so comfy! Also very close walk to the boardwalk! Great place for a group.

Awesome winter get-away

Great Condo, very roomy and lots of space! Beautiful Balcony with comfy patio chairs! Very convenient to be able to walk to the Ferris Wheel and Piers right from our hotel! Loved it!

Beach Blast

I went with some gfriends, my daughter and my 5 year old gson. The view of the beach was wonderful. The condo was neat and clean. The only complaint was on the lastnight, a neighboring condo had very loud music playing until midnight. There were restaurants to walk to and lots of fun shopping. The condo toys were great for my gson. We used the wagon almost everyday. We had a wonderful time!

Almost Perfect

The condo itself was practically perfect. The host was amazing. Some issues with the resort the condo is housed in. Host attempted to correct the resort issues to the best of her ability. Everything we needed was provided for a great trip to the beach, and the balcony view and seating was the best. Would stay again, good option for our family of 5.

Great Family Vacation

Absolutely loved this property! This was a good choice for us and the kids. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect location, within walking distance of the board walk, shopping, restaurants. We found all kinds of shark teeth and got to spend plenty of quality time in the ocean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Loved the detailed emails with all of the information we needed. We have stayed in this building before and let me tell you that getting to bypass the front desk for check-in was fabulous and much appreciated. The key code door was a nice surprise that allowed everyone access to the space without having to keep track of hotel keys. Great idea! Thank you so much for allowing us to spend another South Carolina vacation with you!

Review

Pros - Charlotte's place is nice and exceptionally clean. Supplies were plentiful and not cheap dollar store stuff. The view from the balcony is exceptional and made the trip. Overall, our trip was great. Cons - while the condo is nice, the building and area seems a little sketchy and run down. Pretty much everytime we sat out on the balcony there was a constant stench of marijuana smoke which was quite offputting. We didnt run into any issues, but there are potentially problems associated with not being able to have hotel staff help you.

Nice condo in run down building.

Comfortable and clean condo, but building and area are not clean. Lack of security as building doors accessed with security cards were not working so anyone could roam in. Parking across the street was not optimal and first few days it was not secured as gates were broken and entry doors left open as well. Owner repeatedly states they are not affiliated with the resort, but they chose to offer a decent condo in an unkempt building, so surely should bear some responsibility. Unloading area is very space limited and we waited over 30 minutes in line to unload upon arrival. We arrived 2.5 hours after check-in time. If you want a clean place to stay and don’t care about location or security, this might be for you. It offers a good view of the ocean.
