A vacation condo that can fit up to 8 people comfortably and is located 1 block from the water. Several restaurants, bars, shops are in walking distance to the condo! Private back porch with grill and outside shower! Chairs available as well as a Washer & Dryer inside condo! Full kitchen with dishes, silverware, and 6 person table available to guest. 2 bedroom + 2 and a 1/2 baths. TV & DVD player provided in den/living area for guest. Right across the street from Grand Dunes Hotel where a beach lifeguard is on duty at all times o the summer. Ice Cream truck stops every single day for children - a highlight for our families little ones every year!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a phone.

We loved the townhouse and its location. One block from the beach! Seemed like a safe location, we never felt uncomfortable going out alone. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Great deal for a great location

Stayed again for the annual guys beach trip after a four-year hiatus and the property did not disappoint! It is showing a bit of age although there was a kitchen appliance refresh since we had been there last time. Super convenient walk to Starbucks and even more convenient walk to the beach. For a bunch of guys on a long weekend getaway, you couldn't ask for a better place!
