This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I travel for a living and have stayed in several hotel chains. This hotel did not meet Ramada standards. It was the dirtiest. Drains clogging. Dust everywhere. Dirty sheets. I paid for two nights and left after a few hours. I was told because I did not follow there cancellation policy I was not given a refund. If you the chance to stay here PASS.

The room was not cleaned before me there was dirty sheets in the closet, the ice bucket had old water in it. And every time I needed anything there wasn’t any one at the desk. I choose this place for the pool and free breakfast. The pool was green and gross and there was no breakfast.

It was ok but needs some upgrades, looking pretty used..some paint and tlc, would be a nicer place!!

This place does not have enough staff our room never got cleaned they where out of towels when we asked for more and they kept telling us they just did not have time to do everything as they where under staffed

We had to move rooms 4 different times because of mold, ceiling damage, and ceiling falling in from water damage in the roof. It was horrific!

Brianna ? was very pleasant!! pool water murky. side doors not locked for pass key entrance unsafe middle conference hall dark and dreary bathroom drain plug not functioning. no butter for breakfast only oleo- unhealthy

I was asked for a picture ID but he never even looked at it(?) It was nice that I could arrive quite late.I'll be back.

Old facility. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

We arrived early and could not check in because our room wasn't ready [it was before 3:00 pm]. Nice room. Clean and comfortable heating and cooling system. Pool was very disappointing. It was cold and had a GREEN tint to it. Lighting in pool area was very dark; many light in the ceiling were out. Breakfast was good and hot. Orange juice was not real orange juice but an orange drink. Chairs to sit in for the bedrooms had arms on them. My husband and I are over weight and it was hard to sit in the chairs. You either need wider chairs or no arms on the chairs. I would visit again. Thanks.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.....THE ROOM WAS GOOD.........HOWEVER, THE TOWELS WERE THIN, THE BATH MAT HAD A HOLE IN IT.......THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, BUT IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THEY WERE GOING TOO FAR TO CUT CORNERS,........

First they don't allow for early check in(which was okay) I was given 2 keys, one didn't work. My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were dead ants & spiders in my room. Stains on the sheets(which didn't fit the bed and kept coming off while I slept) stains on the MATTRESS! (Gross) the shower drain was broken, the tile above the shower looked like it was going to fall down. The pool water was very cloudy and not clean. I could go on and on....just horrible...

Welcoming check-in. Room exactly as requested. We had a room adjacent to indoor pool which wasn't a problem in late March - non one else there! Easy access into and out of Mt. Home, close to anything we might have needed. Good hot breakfast and back on the road!

Quick check in. Nice clean large room. Good breakfast. Next door to fab pizza buffet place. Would stay here again.

Older hotel, clean room. I chose this hotel for the indoor pool and give my 7yo something to do. Pool is horrible! It needs to be repainted BADLY. An indoor pool temp should be at least 85* and I seriously doubt it was even 60*. Needless to say my 7yo couldn't stay in for more than 10min that's how cold it was. Very disappointed with pool. I ended up paying about 70bucks for a room for one night and to be honest not worth over $50. Beds not the most comfortable. Pros were that there was a small fridge and microwave.

Cheap hotel, just needed to sleep in. Nothing special, and nothing great. Pool is dirty, went in once and never again. Rooms are basic, beds are pretty good. You get what you pay for.

Didn't use pool. Internet good. Breakfast ok. Price right for hotel

Staff was nice and helpful. It was a good location for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good. Didn't cost a lot. It was just the basics, nothing fancy, outdated decor.

Thank you for your feed back. We are sorry for your inconvenience. Our front desk has other duties also and they post a sign as to where they will be. Or they return shortly. The pool is perfectly safe to swim in. and the covid had prevented us from doing breakfast. We hope the next time you visit your stay will be better.

We had to move rooms 4 different times because of mold, ceiling damage, and ceiling falling in from water damage in the roof. It was horrific!
